They've been pretty open, or at least, haven't worried about other companies saying as much. How many times have we heard about the next Switch in court documents? Microsoft said NSO works on it, so, that means it's a NS, doesn't it? And ActiBlizz just called it the NG Switch.

Yes ActiBlizz posted emails between them and Nintendo referring to the console as NG Switch so it's def going to be another Switch aka NX (2)

NOT EVERYONE has access to the Switch section, this hacker that got into the Dev Portal proved it, means only a certain amount of granted people by Nintendo could see the Switch or NX 2 section, if you don't have the access rights YOU CAN'T ACCESS

Even if you are a developer for a shovelware or whatever
 
It's definitely fake, but I'd laugh so hard if Super Mario Bros Wonder launched the Switch 2 after months of everyone expecting Prime 4/3D Mario.

All this hacker said was a default nintendo developer account doesn't have access to the nintendo switch section. I'm sure all switch developers have access to the switch developer section lol. Because you know...they developed switch games...

as far as i know the developer account system is different than the nintendo account system.

GigaLeak confirms that Nintendo was tangentially involved in TX1's design. Nintendo was brought in as a possible customer, and their security team did a review of the hardware, and requested some changes before it would be suitable. But this seems to have been purely at the "due diligence" phase before Nintendo was genuinely considering the chip.
