Blind trust in one particular insider? Finally, I don't know why a lot of people expected a Q1 Switch 2/Pro release when barely any reputable sites discuss the possible or have info surrounding it.
Barely anyone was even discussing the extremely detailed and compelling hacked Nvidia documentation. I found that too be even more peculiar. Finally, I don't know why a lot of people expected a Q1 Switch 2/Pro release when barely any reputable sites discuss the possible or have info surrounding it.
Given the nature of the hack, that’s more tied to not wanting to be sued by Nvidia I would guess.Barely anyone was even discussing the extremely detailed and compelling hacked Nvidia documentation. I found that too be even more peculiar.
I don't think Nvidia has grounds to sue anyone for talking about hacked information that was later made public. Unless those people have existing NDAs with Nvidia.Given the nature of the hack, that’s more tied to not wanting to be sued by Nvidia I would guess.
Funcle is the one who was talking last April about a new backpiece for a new model and new colorways for existing models. Muncle is the one who moderates the forum where the Lite shell leaked in 2019.I remember Muncle but not Funcle

Why couldn't that be done on the current?I hope next gen switch finally gets Mario rpg on switch online
New Hardware, Nintendo and not, usually launch during the holiday season. I'm not saying Is Always the case, but It happens quote often. So if it's not in May, Late 2023 Is quite plausible imho.So yeah, if there's a ToTK OLED version launching with the game then Drake is not launching anytime around then. Which would mean the delay to the bizarre May launch date is not explained by new hardware. So they must really need that time to finish the game, despite the ESRB rating already being done. Feels kinda odd.
I still feel like the status of the T239 chip in leaked and public documentation suggests it's coming "soon" but I no longer have any idea when soon is. 2024 feels too late but who the hell knows.
this was probably addressed already but these special editions don't come with the game for a reason: they're manufactured way in advanceI don't particularly care about discussing new hardware specifics but I'm very worried about the game leaking now.
It is worth remembering that we got an edition of Monster Hunter and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl before the official announcement of the Oled, perhaps Nintendo in September this year will surprise us and that is why retailers are unaware of Nintendo's plans for the first half, as they plan to have a notable title every month for the first year since its launch, just as with the launch of the Nintendo Switch.New Hardware, Nintendo and not, usually launch during the holiday season. Could be. I'm curious what they'd launch it with. Maybe a new Mario I guess.New Hardware, Nintendo and not, usually launch during the holiday season. I'm not saying Is Always the case, but It happens quote often. So if it's not in May, Late 2023 Is quite plausible imho.
Well yeah, It's safe to assume that ToTk Will be the last big commercial Switch title, and After that Nintendo Will go all in on Switch 2. It's a matter of when.It should be remembered that we got an Animal Crossing edition before the official announcement of the Oled, maybe Nintendo in September this year will surprise us and that is why retailers do not know Nintendo's plans for the first half, as they plan to have a notable title every month during the first year since its launch, as with the launch of the Nintendo Switch.
Since Zelda is off the table I think it’s pretty likely that whenever the Switch 2 launches it’ll launch with whatever it is that the Odyssey team has been working on. The Switch and BotW showed how important and strong launch title can be, so I’m sure they’ll have something big.Could be. I'm curious what they'd launch it with. Maybe a new Mario I guess.
It all feels weird.
Yes, if It's not May with TotK a launch With Mario Is what i Would bet onCould be. I'm curious what they'd launch it with. Maybe a new Mario I guess.

That AC version was announced in January 2020. OLED was revealed in July 2021. There was not another option to make.It should be remembered that we got an Animal Crossing edition before the official announcement of the Oled,
If this shakes out without Drake in H1 2023 - so Fire Emblem, Mario movie & TotK with OLED - it'd definitely feel like Nintendo's stumbling somewhat. This year has been a bit of a mess, and I'd put that down to preparing for Drake previously, but now I'm not sure what's going on. Splatoon 3 having a massive amount of new talent on it's team might be an indicator - maybe getting so many new people on board, combined with two years of COVID, is taking it's toll.Could be. I'm curious what they'd launch it with. Maybe a new Mario I guess.

After both new gen consoles more or less had 2 years of cross gen, imo it's definitely not safe to assume Nintendo will go all in on Switch 2 when it launches.Well yeah, It's safe to assume that ToTk Will be the last big commercial Switch title, and After that Nintendo Will go all in on Switch 2. Will Nintendo repeat the March launch in 2024? It's possible but...
Will they totally skip holiday 2023, despite being usually their most profitable quarter? It's possible but I'm not incline to believe It.
Are they going to have a fall 2024 launch with an half and a year barren without any noticeable software between Zelda and, let's assume, fall 2024? This seems Crazy to me.
I Guess Will learn more soon enough.
Personally, I'm impatient to Hear Nate Predictions for 2023
To be honest, the most likely scenario is this:So yeah, if there's a ToTK OLED version launching with the game then Drake is not launching anytime around then. Which would mean the delay to the bizarre May launch date is not explained by new hardware. So they must really need that time to finish the game, despite the ESRB rating already being done. I'm looking forward to listening to Nate's podcast too.Well yeah, It's safe to assume that ToTk Will be the last big commercial Switch title, and After that Nintendo Will go all in on Switch 2. It's a matter of when.

I assume I explained myself bad, I apologize. I think we Will definitely see some cross gen title for a Year or so, Just think about MP4. I Just think that ToTk Is the last Switch only big title left, we Will see a transition but not an exclusive title IMHOAfter both new gen consoles more or less had 2 years of cross gen, imo it's definitely not safe to assume Nintendo will go all in on Switch 2 when it launches.
Not sure it will happen, might just get a patch. How soon into Switch 2’s lifespan do you think we’ll get the Tears of the Kingdom remaster?
2 - 4 months, be like the MK8D launch window title also betting we get a 3rd version of Pokemon S/V by the holiday of that console launch. How soon into Switch 2’s lifespan do you think we’ll get the Tears of the Kingdom remaster?
Free patch, I hope. How soon into Switch 2’s lifespan do you think we’ll get the Tears of the Kingdom remaster?
I do have to say that the gap between Fire Emblem in January and Zelda in May is large. I'd previously assumed this was the Drake launch window, but a special Zelda OLED kinda messes that up (because they probably won't cross-promote Zelda with both SwOLED and Drake) I assume they just want to keep the period open for the Mario movie.
…is it?Well yeah, It's safe to assume that ToTk Will be the last big commercial Switch title, and After that Nintendo Will go all in on Switch 2.

I 100% believe Nintendo will release MP4 on NSW no matter what even if its BoTW situation both day 1 on the system. They are releasing the Kirby remaster in February and the Bayonetta prequel in March, so it’s not like there’s a huge gap there without any releases. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a rapid release Golden Week game a la Nintendo Switch Sports still to announce. And maybe they’ll quietly shove out Advance Wars at the end of the fiscal year, too.
…is it?
What else could be, even assuming an Early '24 launch Window foto Switch 2? Maybe 2D Mario?…is it?
I hope next gen switch finally gets Mario rpg on switch online
Third versions are a long dead concept.2 - 4 months, be like the MK8D launch window title also betting we get a 3rd version of Pokemon S/V by the holiday of that console launch.
2 years after the BotW remaster, so I'd say late 2028.How soon into Switch 2’s lifespan do you think we’ll get the Tears of the Kingdom remaster?
I just checked, I got confused with the Monster Hunter and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Remake. That AC version was announced in January 2020. OLED was revealed in July 2021. There was not another option to make.

At least people are going to (hopefully) not go into the new year clinging to hopes for a hardware reveal in the January/February Direct.Even if it is real, the timing on that Zelda OLED leak is hilarious.
1) Digital Foundry breaks months of silence on Switch Pro rumors by saying it was ditched.
2) Couple days later a Zelda special edition OLED conveniently leaks as if it’s sole purpose is to crush any rising/remaining optimism of a Q1 release of the next iteration of Switch.

Probably won’t be a remaster. It’ll either be a port or you can upgrade for a fee.How soon into Switch 2’s lifespan do you think we’ll get the Tears of the Kingdom remaster?
