I don't think everything will be at the Direct, but I'mma try to estimate:So now F-Zero GX joins the fray. When the hell are they going to release all of this stuff.
Plus a bunch of DLC. Obviously not all gonna be in the direct, but that’s one hell of a lineup, and that’s just what we know of (potentially).
- Metroid Prime HD (2 and 3 later on)
- The Legend of Zelda HD Remasters
- Everybody’s 1-2-Stinky
- Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp
- F-Zero GX HD (?)
- Kid Icarus: Uprising HD (?)
- Fire Emblem
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2
- Metroid Prime Remake: November 11th 2022;
- Metroid Prime 2/3 HD: no ideia, what I'm certain is that neither will be announced at this Direct, mor the next, nor at E3. They'll come after Metroid Prime 4 to fill the gap between that and Metroid 6 or between Metroid 6 and Prime 5. 2024 at the earliest;
- The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess HD + Wind Waker HD: if it's just the Wii U versions I think they'll be bundled together, and be released either late September, early October or early December - there's no point in releasing them in early 2023 as that year already has a Zelda game;
- Everybody's 1-2 Switch: that one has a real shot of being canned or rebooted. But in case it comes, will be on a casual heavy month like December or April;
- Advance Wars 1+2 Reboot Camp: December or January hopefully;
- F-Zero GX HD: I think that's summer 2023 material. There's no way they put another game holiday 2022. And I think early 2023 can ride on Fire Emblem, Zelda and maybe 2D Mario. If there's no Mario it can be late spring tho;
- Kid Icarus Uprising HD: no idea how early or far it is into development and this Direct will already be some serious fanfiction material having BotW2, MPR/4, Fire Emblem, Zelda remasters and F-Zero, so I think it can be a February 2023 Direct reveal. I think it will make a good late summer/fall release for 2023. Maybe it can be spring 2024;
- Fire Emblem Next: February. It's been awhile since Three Houses already and will be enough time after Three Hopes by then. Plus it's a date they like. If it's not February, then May(would be cool if May came back at being a relevant month for Nintendo);
- The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2: March. If they're coupling it with hardware, it's either that or February - they won't release hardware in April or May. If it isn't a launch title tho, I still think March is the likeliest month.
