To be clear, this just means that T239
can make use of SD Express cards, not that Nintendo's hardware
will do so. But I personally expect Nintendo to keep on supporting the slow-ass UHS-I SD cards people are using on their current Switch models, and if an SD Express reader gives them a convenient way to do that while also giving access to the faster current cards, that would make a lot of sense.
