I liked Belle, the director was also responsible for the first 2 Digimon movies and for that I love him. His art style is one of my favorites in anime.

Fun fact: he was actually supposed to direct Howl’s Moving Castle for Ghibli, but after being told to make the movie like Miyazaki would make it he left because “[he wanted to make the movie how he would make it]”

Ghibli really struggled with its young talent and look where the studio is now ;p

Saw it in theaters. That movie was upsetting when I was younger when Ash gets turned to stone. I think I still liked it overall? The second one was my favorite. The third one was crushingly disappointing.

My mom took me and my friends to see it in theaters and to this day she still says it was the worst movie she has ever seen.

Movie gets a lot of flack for lots of dialogue but if you can get pass that, it's another engaging story in the Ghost in the Shell world. It was notorious having a bunch of weird English releases due to licensing. Some versions had the Japanese audio but poor subbing. One version had an English dub done by the cast of Stand Alone Complex. But a few years back, Funimation put out the definitive edition that includes the Japanese audio with proper subs and English dub.
 
Can’t believe we’re just a few days away from Metroid Prime being most likely announced… finally!! I have not played it since the trilogy re-release on Wii and I am so ready to revisit it.

Seriously though Perfect Blue is a weird one for me. I haven't seen it but it's such a legend and I've seen so many pieces of it and heard so much about the story that watching it is almost intimidating? I feel as though if I watch it then I'll just be done with anime. Like I will have completed the journey, thus I need to put it off because I'm not ready to be done yet.

That's weird, I know, but it's how I feel. That film is mythic.

Where is this 12 games coming from? His 4 sources are all from Emily’s posts on this website. Did she ever say anything about Starfox Adventure or Nintendo is sitting on 12 games?
 
I've got all my predictions already, and a BINGO card set up for myself. But honestly, I'm just excited for anything. I know that I always come away from Directs with at least a couple games I want to play. Even if everyone's predictions ended up being wrong, I'm just excited for something from Nintendo.

Every game announcement during a Direct is going to make at least 1 person out there really excited, and that makes me happy 😊
 
Mmm Ghibli movies are magnificent in terms of direction and music..but some of them tend to have some boring parts,My favorite one is spirited away and the second one howls castle.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak has easily doubled the amount of time I had put into the base game. Tuesday also has a digital event detailing the next update so I’m looking forward to that almost as much as the Direct!

Star Fox Adventures is one of those games that will absolutely never be rereleased on its own, and would only ever show up if we get some sort of VC / NSO service for GameCube games.

It’s not one i’m particularly mourning though; it isn’t that good.
 
I really hope tomorrow we will have the announcement.
This exam is overwhelming me rn. I haven't studied as much as I usually do (and this is all my fault lmao) and now I'm facing the consequences lol
If we have an announcement I'll have something else to look forward too at least. Atm the 13th between this exam in the morning and a dentist appointment in the afternoon doesn't seem a good day lmao XD
 
@NintendoPrime hey, just watched your latest rumors video about Nintendo's stockpile. I like watching these kinds of videos as a way to sort of "tap into" what non-Famiboards members (the "non-obsessed", aka the healthy) are hearing.

Also, I do agree it's weird to put Star Fox Adventures in your thumbnail; in fact, I'd go so far as to say it's irresponsible to do so, knowing there are specific games that have already been mentioned, like FE.

When it comes to your video title and thumbnail, there is only so much bandwidth available for a YouTuber to provide a message to someone scrolling through their feed. This is why it's extremely important to be deliberate in what your title and thumbnail are implying. Right now, your title and headline together are saying: "Rumor has it that Nintendo is sitting on games, and Star Fox Adventures is one of them."

Anyway, I appreciate the higher production quality with your game room lights and nice camera + mic situation. Makes topic videos a lot nicer to sit through.
