I lurked a lot during 2020 on Era (the time of random Twitter drops & 3D All Stars leaks and speculation). That sure was interesting from an outsider’s perspective 🤣

I legit had a dream I was watching a Nintendo Direct and they announced a brand new F-Zero called F-Zero AF. It was developed by Square Enix, ran at 30 FPS, and the footage seemed pretty slow. lol

You would be extremely surprised to hear which famous Nintendo executives had accounts over at Resetera. I would know this because I approved some of those accounts during my brief 1-year stint as an administrator over there. To protect their privacy, I won't reveal any names or usernames. But the main point is: Nintendo isn't the bubble that people think it is. They do secretly get out there and interact with the fans on the internet.

Over at Era, there were so many instances when Nintendo Era members didn't realize they were arguing with famous Nintendo senior producers. :LOL: Cerium and I would see Nintendo fans telling a senior Japanese Nintendo executive: "You're an idiot. You don't know what you're talking about"... Because they didn't know the user worked at Nintendo. 😬

just wanna let any Nintendo friendos lurking know that I am actually v nice in real life and do more than just yowl and shitpost, and also once I finish Grögol Bonanza + get it on Steam, I will reapply to the Nintendo Switch Dev program with a fresh trailer, integrate as many Switch features as possible, and be a delight to work with

oh god please don’t blacklist me for any of the weird shit I post here up to and including the 100 horseposts and horse incinerator jokes

It's actually a Zelda style adventure game combined with an American football management sim. You have the impossible task of turning the New York Jets into a mildly successful sports franchise.

The Megami Tensei series, as a whole, would definitely be on the top as well, possibly ahead of FE. We might also be missing Japan-focused series, like Gundam, which sell a lot, and many of them are jRPGS/strategy.
Edit: I'm pretty sure the Tales of series also sells more than FE.

It's difficult to know who else might be interested in working with Grezzo, given the bulk of their work has been with Nintendo. Maybe Square Enix?

Basically, I can't think of a reason why the working relationship would end after both parties have enjoyed so much success. Even if Nintendo aren't publishing, I'd be surprised if this didn't come to Switch.

If Jet Dragon is the name of the game it'd be a bit unusual for Nintendo to publish it but not own the trademark like they do for example with Ever Oasis. But we'll see!
