Please don't tell me they're selling that Pro controller but not those absolutely gorgeous Joy-Con. I want those things so bad.
 
Welp, we did get something! Joycons looks great. Do they work with a regular Switch, because I'd love a pair.

Maybe I am wrong, but I believe there were whispers coming from a factory that they were making two shells: one for a Splatoon OLED and one for a "Switch Pro".

So this announcement confirms one half of that story and makes the second half more likely to be true as a consequence.

The supposed Codename for it (or some element of it) was Dane. This apparently was a misunderstanding and it was actually called Drake. So it morphed from Dane to Drake over the last couple of years.
 



I'd like to congratulate the thread on being at the forefront of news, especially @LukasManak22. I honestly never thought we'd reach these heights of speculation again.

We knew the OLED model reveal was pulled, we knew the Splatoon Tweet was missing, and we knew about the muncle.

We may not have put the pieces together quite right throughout the past week, but the fact that we had all these pieces at all is something to be celebrated.

The muncle may not end up being right about Drake. I hate to say it, but I want to be firm in my stance that this is not a hard confirmation of new hardware this year.

Congratulations to all. I encourage you to take the week off. See your families, relax, get some work done, and regroup for the Monday speculation rush. I hope to see you all then. In the meantime, does anyone know how to include a non-dll library in a C# project?
 
What a situation. All this hype that turned to pseudo-gloom that is resulting in the cause of the pseudo-gloom happening but that still ended up in the hype that would’ve happened if the pseudo-gloom hadn’t happened.

Only on Fami.
 
Imagine if we're all getting hyped for nothing, like, imagine if something changes or muncle was just incorrect and we don't get this "Drake" model in 2022, wouldn't we look STOOPID.
