In the end actually both can be true. Nintendo did take it down because they don’t want to renew the license and because they have a new trailer/ad ready. It could be new hardware, but also just be another Switch OLED ad with games they want to advertise at the moment.

I mean for the same reason the labo trailers aren‘t up anymore. They feature actors and music specifically made for the videos. They didn‘t bother to keep the licenses because they likely don‘t want to market it much anymore anyway. But they still keep other Labo Videos with no external producing because why not when it is free?

Switch launched at 299$ when PS4 slim was already at 299$ , it will be a similar situation. It will be a huge jump from Switch but being a portable means it will never be able to compete, maybe it can versus Series S but Series S should always win.
