You know what’s funny I was so close to buying Nintendo shares in 2015. Their share price was like $14 or something. I wanted to buy so bad, but I was having troubles getting it because I thought they’d climb back up.

Its never too late to join the family. I remember my first Nintendo share buy like it was yesterday. It was 2005 and I purchased 40 NTDOY stocks for roughly a 5th of what is worth now. Back in 2013 or so I took my economic education seriously and realized I had purchased what is called an "ADR - American Depositary Receipt". Its basically a fund that buys the real stuff in Osaka, Japan and converts it for sale here in the states under the NY stock exchange.

Naturally, I sold it all and took a trip to Japan to register for Osaka and Tokyo stock exchange and thus invest in the real shares. Ever since then I add shares every year.

i remember live reactions thinking it was Monster Hunter at first with the dinosaur moving into view. World getting announced for PS4/XBOX still stung a little at the time and people were hoping Capcom would show up with a big Monster Hunter game.

i also remember questioning is Mario really a human, when they showed the realistic human models of New Donk city, it was quite a shock too see realistic humans on a Mario game

I peered into the zohar and it showed me Xenogears HD-2D remake announced at the PS State of Play, plus Xenosaga HD remaster, and Xenoblade X Definitive Edition announced at the direct (true!)
