Serkan is just playing along with the buzz. Pretty sure he did the same thing when there was "Pro" buzz in 2021. Does he know something concrete? Doubtful. Was this tweet even supposed to imply that he does? Probably not.
 
As arrogant as this might sound, I realized we are like the elite club that decides what trends on Twitter. We hold too much power.
 
IIRC Toto hasn't known a damn thing in years. He knew some stuff before the Switch was revealed and I think he's mostly been riding that train since, but anything he says is a nothing-burger. Like, wasn't the last thing he said is that MK 9 will have a new twist?

I'm open to be corrected but I wouldn't take anything he says seriously.

He has had Zelda info that nobody else has, including the fact that BotW 2 would be at E3 2019 and not release in 2021.

The MK9 stuff was framed as a prediction, as was him expecting a Switch pro every year besides this one, ironically enough. He's a professional analyst and makes plenty of predictions, some that pan out and some that don't. That doesn't mean he also doesn't get real info from time to time.
 
Gonna jinx everything because I don't want a Switch "Pro" this year for financial reasons >.>

It's worth noting none of them said anything until it was discovered by a user here that the video had been privated. So they're probably just bandwagonning (I'm still expecting an announcement of something to be clear)

My name is Switchum, and I am a bit of a (self-proclaimed) detective here on Famiboards. In this post, I will detail every single tidbit of information about the so-called “Switch Pro” that you could possibly ever want.


Firstly, the name of the console. We must first look at the clues. It will use DLSS (an acronym that I believe Nintendo has created, based off my research) as we know. But what does DLSS stand for? I firmly believe that Nintendo created this acronym to stand for “damn, let’s Sigma Switch.”

The “let’s” is a reference to Pokémon “Let’s” Go, which confirms that it is, in fact, a part of the acronym. The “damn” very clearly refers to Nintendo’s feelings on the Wii U’s failure.

Obviously, it is all interconnected. Very clever, Koizumi, but I see past your little puzzles. The next Switch’s name is hidden right in your new technology’s name: the Sigma Switch.

Confirmed.


But when will it be released? I remind you of another Nintendo-created clue: the term “4K”. 4 K’s, eh? Let’s see what we can do here. K, K, K, K. Is this another acronym? Or does each ‘K’ represent an answer to a question?

Now we must ask Nintendo the questions at hand, which I have created in advance.

Firstly. Can it release in 2022? Here, we can refer to the first ‘K’, which is, as we all know, short slang for ‘okay’. Nintendo is very clearly answering our question with an ‘okay’, which is basically a yes. 2022 release confirmed.

Second question: can it please release in October? …and what’s the answer? Also ‘K’. Are you seeing what I’m getting at here?

Thirdly. Can it release on the 7th of that month? And as per usual, the answer is ‘K’. This is the third K out of four.

So what is the final, fourth ‘K’ for? This is a confirmation of the knowledge we have attained up until this point. In other words, we must ask the question: can all this really be true? And the answer lies in the fourth ‘K’.

October 7, 2022 release confirmed for the Sigma Switch.


“But Switchum, when will it be revealed?”

Ah ha ha, I am one step ahead of you.

Firstly, we must observe patterns. When were the Lite and OLED revealed? In JULY of their respective years. So this is really obvious. But which DATE?

To this, the answer lies in ME. How many letters are in “Switchum”? There are eight.

Hence, a reveal on July 8th will occur.

EDIT: People, I was just making a lighthearted comment about how these things in the past have led to things we weren't expecting and how some people on the internet got upset about it. I wasn't chiding anyone for being excited or trying to rain on anyone's parade.

My friend only following the news from Reddit coming at me with a "Switch Lite OLED" and that the raw material stockpiling has no bearing on absolutely anything beyond rising costs. Like dude...my reason for hype is not baseless. Can I eloquently summarize what I read here? Not really, but I know well enough it comprehend what little I do understand
