I posted this track so many times already but man when I first heard it I was blown just by how good it sounds.

That's bait D:Monolith obviously can't work on a Switch port of Xeno X because they're busy making Pikmin 4 as a card-based JRPG.

Ya know what would be cool? If somehow Sega/M2 could bring Mickey's Castle of Illusion + World of Illusion to Genesis/Megadrive NSO.
They brought both games to the Genesis Mini in 2019...which M2 handled.

No wait, that may be part of the problem here.
soon?
I'd be surprised if Nintendo were intentionally locking other devices out of this. Surely if that was a concern they'd have done the same with the NES and SNES pads - it'll be interesting to see what happens with the Mega Drive controller.
Nintendo :thank god all these issues are apparent now.
So that Paper Mario can release in its full glory without issues
Bless Nintendo.
Do other Switch controllers work out of the box?
I would assume Nintendo only makes sure they work with their own devices, why would they care if it works on PC, Mac or Pi?
The AI are cheating bastards and I love itI knew Mario Kart 64 was working well when I used a triple mushroom boost on the final straight of the race only to be overtaken by Peach, who didn't have any boosts.
Still don't know for sure when mine will arrive since DHL doesn't want to tell me. Just gotta be patient, I guess. I already did an Easy run in S&P to get some of the rust off, though.N64 controller has arrived. I feel like Star Fox 64 with this controller is a Friday afternoon sort of thing that'll have to happen.

Yes; the NES, SNES, and Pro Controllers work fine wirelessly, but need special programs to work over USB. I believe all the reports that it connects but doesn't register inputs come from people trying it wired.Do other Switch controllers work out of the box?

Going for the last crystal in A Link to the Past. Is it possible to squeeze in Link’s Awakening before SMT V? Should I? I can do M+R challenges/secrets instead.
galaxy brain strategy: you can not be European and also not be AmericanIf you want cheaper games, just stop being European. I mean you'll probably die sooner without guaranteed healthcare like us Americans but at least we died knowing we paid less for the cloud versions of Kingdom Hearts.
Yep! App settings, uncheck display controls.Any way to turn off the start button stuff at the bottom of the screen? Immediately on Mean Bean Machine for a nostalgia kick.

The Joy-Cons are weird; they work wirelessly but assume the sideways position, even mapping the stick to a dpad. This can be worked around with a program, similarly to using the other controllers wired.
Yeah, they even connect automatically as long as you don't sync to the Switch in between. It's a surprisingly seamless experience as long as your setup involves Bluetooth.Wow, that's surprisingly better than I thought.
You definitely can, but in my experience that will only make gaming even more expensivegalaxy brain strategy: you can not be European and also not be American
I think it was around 2007 or bit later but the old original GameBoy from my sister got scratched up by my little brother when he used it, while my Sister and I got a GameBoy Color. We found the OG GameBoy in a drawer full of socks, of course still scratched up.Nintendo Italia has a really nice customer support.
A few years ago they fixed my 5 years old 3DS completely for free. Both shippings, manpower, the new part (the L button was broken) were on them, and warranty is only 2 years here.
Today my Lite came back and they game 2 completely new analogue sticks even if only 1 of mine was actually having issues.
maybe I’m missing something with the fog but it doesn’t feel that severe in the game at all. Like I love OoT and seeing the screenshots of the Deku Tree / Kokiri area had me a little worried, but then I played it… and it seemed fine?? Like totally I get that it would have more impact in the one water temple room but this is really feeling overblown. The input lag is still being talked about, and now according to Nintendo Life, we're talking about 8 frames of input lag. That. Is. Awful.
Regarding fog, It's not only one room in OoT. Anywhere that had fog in the N64 version is now gone. For example, the fog obscuring the Great Deku Tree in Kokiri village is missing. Fog wasn't only to hide draw distances but also used strategically for atmosphere in a lot of areas.
It's affecting Mario Kart 64 and Star Fox 64 as well and it's extremely frustrating for folks to be having these issues when people are paying a giant premium for this.
Yeah, I doubt Level-5 is in position to hate money right now. Musashi will hit the western shore one way or another. In case you woke up today thinking "I'd love to see an ad for a game I will never get to play in English!", you're in luck, there's two!

Not really. A little fog here, a little anti-consumer there, several large gourds. Typical few days.Have been of the internet for a couple of days. Have I missed anything?
