If we’re only considering Japan, the problem is that COVID didn’t really bring Work From Home into vogue the way many workers hoped it would, so that sort of office staggering that’s been happening is kind of dependent on COVID flaring. It’s extremely low right now… but it’s not over, and we’ve seen so many places that thought they were out of the woods get slammed once they let their guards down.
