Also doesn’t help that overlevelling drastically reduces the CP you obtain. Sidequests and/or landmarks should give a mix of both, or entirely CP, rather than dumping EXP on you.I really hate no de-levelling your first time round, feels like you have to compromise on challenging main story boss fights if you go off and do side stories/become overlevelled.

Sliver Nopon coins can level up classes. So helps if you can’t get CPAt some point if you start doing a lot of side content you are basically forced to explore even more to find higher level zone to get CPs. This game is balanced strangely.
Also, what is the point of silver nopon coins? I have had 99 of them since chapter 2 and I've zero use for them.
Just finished chapter 5
The tears, oh the tears
You can sort using - to put completed quests at the bottom of the listIs there really no way to filter out completed quests from the quest list?
What am I missing here
Where???Holy shit I think I just met the best Hero in the whole game
A Consul-turned-pirate who references the Thames Captain from Xenogears and gives you a friggin’ Blue Mage class.
I am now suddenly much more motivated to go UM hunting.
I regret my choice. I wish I could change backshort hair all the way.
You can in settings!I regret my choice. I wish I could change back

And used for cooking too.
Bruh I didn’t know about the classes, I’ve been at the 99 cap for ages now/
Long hair supremacy
Wait really, how? Is this doable in Chapter 4, have I somehow missed this?Sliver Nopon coins can level up classes. So helps if you can’t get CP

Go to the class menu on any character and press Y to use nopon coins on any class to rank them up. Really useful for unlocking master skills and arts on classes you don't want to use.Wait really, how? Is this doable in Chapter 4, have I somehow missed this?
There should be a question mark on the map for it, it's in the southeast of the Erythia map. Immediately east of Daedal Island.Where???
It's specific colonies and there are only two upgrades for it.So, how do we increase movement speed? I imagine you need to increase colony affinity, but do you get a little bit from every colony or you need specific colonies?
I don't have my switch in front of me but there's definitely more than two? It's specific colonies and there are only two upgrades for it.
The two are:
Colony Tau in Maktha (affinity level 1)
City (affinity level 5)
You can check which colonies give you what from the affinity chart page in the menu where it shows you the map.
I remember getting one and the screen said I'd collected 50% so...I don't have my switch in front of me but there's definitely more than two?
Weird, I only have the first one but it says my progression of that skill is at 50%I don't have my switch in front of me but there's definitely more than two?
Nice, still have another question though -You can in settings!

I can change Mio+'s hair, but can I get M's outfit back?
I'm really curious what the final traversal skill is, since I assumed it'd just be the ship. But apparently that's not it? And I don't think I've seen anything else it could be on any other map so far. Unless it's something wild like... black fog teleportation or something, since there seem to be a fair number of little areas out and about that have black fog around them that are inaccessable.
Nope, I don't know if it's unlockable postgame either.
Where have you noticed little inaccessible areas that have black fog?
Damn, do you know if you keep it if you choose to keep the long hair?

I agree, but I think it's ridiculous that some people don't wanna play 1&2 when they literally have all of them on the same platform lol. I think most people would get way more out of the game if they play 1 & 2 first.Yeah. After beating the game.
You really don’t need to play Xenoblade 1 or 2 to enjoy this game. It’s really it’s own thing. the little references just add a little more nostalgic enjoyment overall.
Haven’t done post-game where I feel more value would be found playing 1&2

I don't think anything is missable because of that, but it will lock you out of your ability to fast travel for some time, so you might want to do some of the quests in the area beforehand.I'm scared to google it for spoilers, are there any missables in the game? I'm currently at chapter 5 and it's asking me confirmation if I want to proceed with the story.
Playing a game while people are still talking about it is a different experience that some feel FOMO over. Couple that with how long all the games are and it's a bit daunting just for a few references.I agree, but I think it's ridiculous that some people don't wanna play 1&2 when they literally have all of them on the same platform lol.
