Credits rolling on CrossCode. Holy damn. Not since Xenoblade have I appreciated a game so much while kinda not clicking with the bulk of the gameplay. 😅 Really, really impressive piece of work, even though I admittedly sucked at it.

It's honestly my most anticipated game for this year along with Xenoblade Chronicles 3. But it's also really annoying that it releases on the same day as FE Three Hopes lol.

Are you going to play the DLC epilogue at some point? It’s very good!

It really is. The story, world, environments, characters, I loved all of it. It's just the puzzles really ripped at my head. I was never very good at geometry. 😅 And while I eventually got the hang of combat, it took me taking the difficulty sliders almost all the way down in order to be comfortable. I'm really, really impressed by the design and diversity of the combat, It was just way too many different buttons for my brain to keep track of. Basically the game is too good for me. 😂

I kinda want to for the story, but I read reviews that say the difficulty of the puzzles ramps up significantly, and I almost didn't make it through the last couple dungeons in the base game so I dunno. I'm kinda scared of the DLC. 😅

Woah I've been pretty off the map compared to my norm today and... a state of play for a multiplat? One connected to a transphobe no less? Lmfao, ohhh Sony.

And Stranger of Paradise reviews seem good! I'd love Nintendo to collab on a title of this tier or in line with P Strikers. EDIT: oh and the marketing for this was terrible, review footage has me much more hyped than anything previously did lol

The Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak show is on at 2am tonight here in Kangaroo Land.

I will try to get an early night and catch it in the morning, but I know it will be a repeat of Nintendo 2021 E3 Direct where my hyperactive damn brain will wake me up at like 1:30am, hyping me frantically like I'm hooked up to an Espresso drip and making it impossible to go back to sleep.

So I'll say stuff it and watch it. Then I'll be so pumped up with dopamine from the reveals that any prospect of sleep will be swept away like a fart in a cyclone, and I'll zombie my way through tomorrow on about an hour of sleep but in the dazed afterglow of a post-Direct high.

Both a blessing and curse of autism is that your special interests basically sent your soul into hypermode, and Monster Hunter/Nintendo basically make the reward center of my brain light up like a fireworks factory with a poorly enforced smoking policy.

Stranger of Paradise seems to take itself seriously which is probably why people find it amusing.

Based on nothing but video clips I’ve been seeing today. So I could be wrong.

Finally making myself focus and finish Valkyria Chronicles 1 after 3 years of on and off. I am on chapter 17, but I need to do all the bonus missions first to level up my lancers since I haven’t done them yet(did the first one. Scouts are at 15, Lancers at 12 and everyone else at 11)

Same here, when Neverland closed shop I thought that was the end of Rune Factory so I was very excited when they announced that Rune Factory 5 was in development during the February '19 Direct.
 
Knowing XSeed, their PAX stuff will probably just be a bunch of games ported from Switch to every other platform and nothing the other way around because they “don’t have the resources for that”

The Switch ports of Cold Steel 1&2 are in their hands, if I am not mistaken.
 
Random, but it's baffling to me how Capcom ignores the Switch when it comes to fighting games. Sure, we get a bunch of retro games/collections, but with the Switch install base, I'm surprised we haven't gotten a new fighting game made specifically for Switch. Give me Capcom Fighting Jam 2. Give me a new entry in Darkstalkers. Remake SFIII 3rd Strike for Switch. Give us something...
 
I'm having a big chronic fatigue flare up today soooo I'll watch the Sunbreak stream and hopefully we'll get a release date.

Also probably gonna buy the Mass Effect remasters for my Series S and play them in April/May.

Yes but with WB games. Battletoads NES was published by Tradewest, which was acquired by Midway, who's right now known as WB Games. They still own the name Tradewest, they even tried to revive the label in europe some years ago.

They can edit out the publisher to re-release but I don't know how viable it is.

If Battletoads was coming to NSO, I'm sure they'd just use the Rare Replay version without any Tradewest references anyways.

But considering, with all due respect, that CastletonSnob's source is literally just some random /vr/ thread on 4chan...I wouldn't my breath anyways.

My hope is that everything that Rare developed and published throughout the NES, SNES and N64 (and has no licensing issues like GoldenEye and Mickey's Speedway USA) come to NSO eventually;

Killer Instinct would be cool, but rating is also something to worry about...

What do you mean? Both KI and KI Gold are T-Rated. It's only Conker and Perfect Dark that you should be worried about, because they're M-Rated.

Well, "licensing issues" didn't stop Banjo-Kazooie. They could do the same with DKR, Blast Corps, Jet Force, etc and work it out with MS if they wanted to.

At the very least, DK64 will get on there at one point, as that's the one N64 Rare game Nintendo owns.
 
Will Mike Tyson's Punch-Out be on Switch Online?

I'm gonna say probably not, because of licensing issues, and the fact that Mike Tyson doesn't exactly have the best reputation due to being convicted of rape and biting off Holyfield's ear.
