Who knows... like Devil May Cry 4 or some version of Street Fighter IV, Dead Rising is one of those things that I once was absolutely convinced that it was a matter of "when" it happened and not "if", but Capcom hasn't ported anything from the 360/PS3 generation to Switch for quite some time, so it doesn't look good.

I must agree that OP does not count with this possibility, some may say that it's obvious that also the poll is about when Direct is and not necessarily when it will be announced. But I agree that this is questionable and people might count it the both ways. However, the last time Directs were announced last day of month and arriving in the next one were for example (September 1st 2016 Direct announced last day of August, April 1st 2015 Direct announced last day in March) all of these are pre-Switch era events so I don't see it happening) Only time it actually happened during Switch iirc is Smash Ultimate Direct on November 1st 2018 announced in last day of October.
 
Oi, stuff is happening with the eShop ID things :O . Feel weird man.

Someone mentioned that XBC3 had four days between getting such an ID and getting news - but a single game is a small sample size =P . Curious how other games have done on that front?

I will willing give the victory over to Team February if it means we get a Direct a week early. But I don't think my teammates will be as willing.

Hey now. Don’t spoil this second game for me because I’m playing it. With this success, we could get to a situation where the series continues but Naughty Dog doesn’t make anymore games. Sounded like yesterday they hadn’t started making the third one yet, but that could just be yo hot mess with reveal plans I guess

I suggest not reading the comments on any of these announcements though if you don’t know what happens in games.
 
Staff Communication
As we approach February, the mod staff want to set some ground-rules for this thread. Do not post fake Direct announcements, or Direct announcements for previous years, outside of a clearly marked spoiler tag indicating it to be as such.
