July: Baiten Kaitos remake + FE Engage Wave 3

I doubt it because of the first 3 games releasing for NSO, but I'm still hoping for it anyway.

At this point I honestly expect to see a Superstars 2 announced, which is the same premise but for MP4-7. Probably won't see it till 2024, but that's my expectation since I think DLC is off the table. Yes I know how late MK8D got DLC so never say never, but I think the MP team will try and milk another full priced game before doing a $15-$20 dlc expansion pack with new boards.

I hope this comes true for you because I too would love to see it being that kind of trainwreck, but honestly I interpreted the negative internal playtester reviews to be so harsh precisely because of the lack of content.

I'm only as dour as I am on a sequel to 1-2-Switch, a game Nintendo had full confidence in, because I spent full price for a collection of only 28 minigames. Do we have new minigames like "watch the paint dry" and "count the grains of salt"?

Honestly if Nintendo were smart they'd make Mario Party their flagship tech titles for new consoles to highlight the gimmicks and with each new entry throughout the generation show what is newly possible with the tech. At least they already have experience with packaging mini games in a fun way

I'm assuming you meant when the icons disappear, but in the little textbox after highlighting the N64 icon chapter, if you tap A it'll say you need the NSO+EP subscription to collect these particular icons, but it'll also say how long the icons will appear until they're rotated out. I was mistaken though, it's 4:59PM PST, not EST

Those are the perfect games for a collection, with QoL improvements, Pokemon HOME connection, online battles and a transferring system between games inside the collection i.e. Pokemon Silver <--> Pokemon Red.

Just imagine a beautiful menu with the games, plus the artwork, the OST and the manual of each one, like Mario 3D All Stars on steroids...

I used to hold this bitter position until SpiderVerse won. And now this year there are some pretty serious arthouse animated films in the running (Del Toro's Pinocchio has been carrying heavy buzz and Marcel is just too damn weird to not be noticed), plus with how damn good Puss in Boots was I wouldn't be surprised if they can collectively steal the thunder from Turning Red this year.
