If they wanna continue the style of many different, varying levels/stages/locales like in 3 then an forgotten amusement park or a ghost ship could work very well.

I hate this continued trend of Devs and Publishers getting absorbed by mega companies. It will only get worse with streaming and more Gamepass equivalents I guess...

Whats almost as disgusting is that certain fans of brands are cheering on for their "team" to win.
 
Anyone else having issues getting their switch to connect to the internet recently? Everything I've tried to do online isn't work including accessing the eshop or trying to update the system :/

Edit: works fine in portable mode, not in the dock, weird

Edit 2: It works docked when hard wired in, but not on wifi anymore :|

Yeah, I also love how deramged people’s priorities have become over this. Some are cheering this and the Saudi investments on because it’ll mean games stay multiplatform.

I swear, every time I see one of those "Microsoft/Sony has just purchased <insert company here>. Who is Sony/Microsoft going to buy to counterattack?" threads/tweets/news articles I roll my eyes so hard I'm almost afraid my retinas might detach.

Why will Everybody's 1-2 Switch release this year

  • it's just too great of a concept to not be ever released, and perfect time just before the Holiday season
  • just imagine the ads for this game, it would be something else, with people possibly wearing horse masks, you want to see this in time for Holiday season
  • why was Golf update for Switch Sports delayed? Only because EPD4 is hard at work on finishing touches with Everybody's 1-2 Switch
  • not a single game in our universe was internally dubbed as "stinky horse"
  • it could easily become a cult classic

I honestly wish a Miyamoto-designed fps was a thing, if only to see what unexpected things he would do with the genre. Maybe the main character would actually get to visit the bad guys in the hospital like he wanted Bond to do during the end credits in GoldenEye.

My dog does this when he isn't sure if he should bark, so he does the boof noise to test the waters and usually looks at me for confirmation for whether or not he should escalate.

See I wanted to try this but Square Enix releasing 19 RPGs a month just isn't sustainable alongside buying other games. Plus, I've got FFs VIII, IX, X and X-2 sitting on my Switch unplayed (did VIII and IX back in the day, though), and wasn't sure if I wanted to add another FF to that pile.

It does look very good and it looks like the Switch version should be good, too. Maybe March and April 2023 will somehow be relatively empty and that can be my catch up period, before Tears of the Kingdom.

These all sound like great threads. And this is coming from someone who usually leans towards "not everything needs to be its own thread"

First Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl killed off Smash. Now Kart Racer 3 is going to kill of Mario Kart. It's only a matter of time before Rugrats: Stink of the Diaper dooms Tears of the Kingdom.

There's nothing wrong with being on the less active side, by the way! I think you should feel encouraged to engage as much, or as little as you're comfortable with. ❤️ I do post, but I definitely also do my fair share of lurking, haha.
 
Gundam Witch is off to an awesome start. Was not expecting them to pull a Utena homage for the first arc setup XD
