Yakuzas 0, Kiwami and Kiwami 2 got removed from GP a few months ago. Normally I'd suggest starting with 0, but with the line-up you have available to you, LAD would be good to start with! As long as you don't mind turn-based combat.

My only suggestion is to treat each Yakuza game like a prestige television miniseries. There are chapter breaks that will offer you good spots to stop if you want to take a break to play something else.
