I don't know if this will count but I started a new project and I'm currently working on Asian and Middle Eastern collections and last week, I worked on Japanese Samurai armour. I'm sure many of us weebs will like this :p

I think they only names that work are either the Switch 2 or Switch Model 2, maybe New Switch but that feels like a revision then a new model. Since Nintendo likes calling their revisions (Ver X). All the others I feel are just not good or outdated naming terminology.

@Derachi just no. I don’t think that would be a good design and people would probably not take well to it. Plus if people are complaining about weight now, while being hypocritical of the Deck, then a clamshell is only going to make that worse.

it depends how big it is, right

if they could passively cool a later iteration of the hardware at clocks that put it close to the original and this thing fit in your pocket I think it could be a hit

I think with the chip shortage anything that takes up parts from more viable models is less likely to materialize

I gotta stop clicking the links on these articles when I know I'm about to be disappointed by what I read. Best thing I did for my mental health was completely unfollow and block the cesspool that is 6ixBuzz.

What I want to say and do about these morons would put me on so many watchlists, so I'll at least sincerely hope that if they do get themselves sick from the virus that they forgo any and all healthcare when there are thousands more in dire need of ICU beds and intubators who did more to keep themselves and others safe than whatever these morons are doing.

Regarding anti-lockdown and anti-mask people, I'm just gonna say it and I say this as a half-white person myself, but white people, especially in America, like to pretend that they are a persecuted group without actually dealing with hardships of being a persecuted person. Now of course there are many white people who don't have the great of fortunes and who struggle to get by. But large swaths of people are well off, have pretty decent lives but like to roleplay as a downtrodden person. Makes, lockdowns, and social distancing gives them the opportunity to do just that. Most people will tell you that while it can be annoying, wearing a mask isn't a big fucking deal. Not being able to go to the gym or to Disney Land is also not a big fucking deal. But to certain privileged individuals, having to mildly inconvenience themselves is oppression so now they can roleplay the victims.

Let's see if they had they same energy if there was a real chance of them going to jail or getting shot.

Not sure how big you envision it, but that would be so much wasted real estate in the lower-middle part.

I wouldn't be totally against a return to the clamshell though

I'd only be open to clamshell design return if it incorporated two screens to allow for a Nintendo DS/3DS NSO App to come.

plus they’re riddled with chlamydia for like no reason

and I’m not going to hold being stupid against them but when evolution has gone so catastrophically off the rails that they just exist to scream horrors in the night and mulch a canonically evil tree… people need to know

like I wouldn’t even care if consensus was that they were a puzzling and awful little species but so many people / children’s books / armchair animal enthusiasts think they’re cute and fun pals

Everybody loves wombats, wallabies, and platypuses. Koalas are great as they have 2 thumbs, which is cool. So disregard these comments.

Confession though, I accidentally killed one of you version of possums (also cute). They just are drawn to headlights and run out into the road. This was in Tasmania on backroads, and they swarm like flies.
