Hahaha, you joke (and it was funny!) but the general turning into a partner, turning into a delayed partner, and then switch 2 getting delayed the same week as all this has, uh, not been helping my mental health 😅 gonna make the most of the weekend before heading home to PA to be with family for a week or two 💔

Make it a Gamecube Direct and just get more aggressive with ports and remasters for the year, and that'll shut me up.

I don't see any new titles coming from third parties in a Partner Showcase that won't be some weird shit that's too small for a General and too cool/niche for an Indie.

Think of a special game you have been wanting to play for a long time and just delve into it. Whenever you come out on the other side, you will be feeling better. That usually works for me.
 
Controversial opinion: i don't care about Switch 2, i just want a Direct next week.
My life has been so boring that even the most mid partner showcase would make me happy.

That's a really great idea before I'm ready to get back out there relationship-wise. @Common Knowledge recently mentioned that awesome OoT Ship of Harkinian mod that I can start looking into soon 😊 I won't bring my gaming monitor home with me to PA, but I can def look into it once I'm back! And I still have golden sun, Mario v DK, and Wonder to get through

Either that or Universal put the video together themselves and their team tried to mimic the Direct graphics but didn't quite pull it off because they don't pay attention to detail and polish like Nintendo does and I am even joking

I think it was done by Nintendo, it was filmed in Kyoto and they are using the same subtitles font as Nintendo always uses.

This tweet might be the biggest insult by a major gaming company in the past decade. I literally screamed "FUCK YOU" at my screen. I knew there was no expectation it would be about the news but the discourse created made me think they were just going to surprise us with it anyway. Absolutely unacceptable to do this to us. Once they knew about the news, they should've cancelled the tweet

Reminds me of Code Vein - a game I barely remember much of the actual gameplay or story, but boy did I spend several hours making a character and then scrapping them and doing it all over again. Great character creators are my weakness.
