Given past years’ release dates I think XC3 is late-ish September, gives us like 3-4 weeks for Soul Hackers. Although I won’t complain if Xeno is early, then I’ll just play SH afterward instead. So it’s kind of a good problem to have, really.
 
In case anyone is curious about what a small world it is: tonight I was aimlessly browsing imgur and I randomly came across a thread of a guy rebuilding a car I sold a few months ago.

Not a car like mine. Mine. The dents match, the paint fade matches, the repair work I did on the floors and rear quarter match, the color of primer I used matches. I found one of my cars on imgur, where the new owner is chronicling its restoration.

Sometimes I am humbled and amazed by the internet.

It's perfect to have a nice final trailer to remember the game is out in 2 weeks.

Lift the little rubber dome, spray a bit of WD-40 specialist, rotate the stick for 4 mins.
I did this on 2 different joycons almost 2 years ago, and they never drifted again. I might be lucky, but give it a shot.

So apparently I have Splatoon 2, SNES, N64, and No More Heroes 3 poster sets from My Nintendo. Completely forgot about the SNES ones. Eventually need to move somewhere long term and get this stuff up on walls.

Reviews for this seem to be roughly what I was expecting based on the headlines I saw on Eurogamer and Siliconera this morning.

Would explain his eyes being tired after looking at blazing 60FPS locked F-Zero action for months on months.

I’m not going to predict what he is working on, but he’d be such an awesome fit for F-Zero. His credibility would help sell it for sure.
 
I passed my Driving Theory Test which means I'm one more step towards finally having some more freedom and choice within my life.

The sun is out (though I'm not gonna be in it lol), and I'm able to sit inside all day playing Elden Ring completely guilt-free.

Life for me is pretty good right now :)

my reasoning:

1) he made kirby air ride which is a fast paced racing game featuring flying/hovering machines
2) he looooves making games at 60 fps
3) wow he sure did make a stack of games with ample F-Zero representation
4) it just makes sense

Reggie just genuinely owns. Reggie just gets it in a way a lot of corpo-types just do not and cannot.

 
As someone who grew up a die-hard Sega/Sonic fan I am genuinely excited for the new movie. So excited to see where the franchise goes in the future. Bring on Shadow, Amy, Chaos, etc.
 
What would a Sakurai developed F-Zero even look like, anyways?

It's always worth pointing out that Uprising was only really a Kid Icarus game by happenstance: Sakurai came up with the initial concept for a game that would switch between aerial and grounded battles, and Iwata let him utilize a legacy Nintendo IP for it. Star Fox was actually briefly considered but was ultimately passed over for Kid Icarus, as he felt the character of Pit and the universe of KI were more flexible for the kind of game he was making. It's not like Iwata/Nintendo came up to him one day and said "here, make us a new Kid Icarus" immediately.

A Sakurai-directed F-Zero would be fast, it would be 60 beautiful frames per action-packed second, it'd be very colourful, it probably wouldn't be super story-focused, instead focused on tight gameplay, and last but not least it would have incredibly intuitive menus made of very large buttons with pictures AND text on each one.
