When will the next Direct air?

Either the Direct is within the next 2 weeks or there's no Direct this month. They're not having the direct neither on the day nor a day after their shareholder meeting.

alright, so the question is now 22nd or 29th (or July lol)

isn't there a financial release on the 29th? would that affect it?

We don’t know how fast and loose Nate plays the “ish” card. I was/am Team last week June, but with investors meeting 23rd also makes sense. I’m just not expecting anything next week
 
Yeah, I have trouble seeing a Direct right on or a day after the shareholder meeting as that would be unprecedented. It's next week or the week after.

We only have Nate to go off now again so I guess it's time to just wait for the announcement.
 
Soooo the 15th it is..... i can wait to the end of june tbh not a big deal only if they announce twilight princess for august or september

He’s be constantly reiterating in time, patience, etc, it’s exactly what you would say to a group of people needing to wait until the end of the month
 
Telling people that it’s soon-ish when it would’ve been 3 weeks away is like telling your kids that you’re “almost there” when you’re really like four hours away in the car. 😂
 
I'm thinking last week of June. Maybe it is being "delayed" to make it so that they can announce a new FE after Warriors is already out
 
Does Nintendo really gain so much from only a day or two's notice as opposed to a week or two?

Only 3 weeks away when we’ve been waiting since February for the next direct isn’t a long time at all, but it’s not necessarily soon. It’s soon-ish

But I do that with my kid all the time. He’s not good at time so I just say everything is 7 minutes away since it’s his “favorite number”
 
I think it's going to be July.

Next week is out.
The week after is a release week.
The week after that is a shareholder week.

Pencilling in July 6th.

edit: going with 7/7/22 because ooh pretty number
 
I don't think it will be last week of June. Or it would be early in the week just day before shareholder meeting (I know that Nintendo don't care about it much since they are holding Directs after these in January). So June 22/23 it is.

I still think it's next week, although now I actually think it will be on the 16th, it even fits a lot of the nate stuff in a cheeky way like the surprise over the 15th thing and doubles up on that tradition stuff people were talking about(later than both the E3 tradition as well as the Wednesday pattern this year)
 
I'm expecting fuckin'... August 28th or something

Finding it hard to care about 'speculation' right now :(

It's still June
It's soon-ish
It's June-ish
It's later than usual
It's not in the same week as FEWTH
It gives them enough time to still have a few days of Treehouse
