That sounds very haraam.
Pardon?

Oh for God sake

I’m going to be really sad if this goes through (which it seemingly is) because Twitter was my one social network for years. I’m going to leave if Musk takes over, it’s going to be an absolute disaster. Probably going to lose regular contact with some good friends :(

Really hope an alternative appears immediately that everyone cool agrees on.

Like how you're two years younger than me? And you said I was a boy smh my head
how can I be a negative number years old??? typical math skills of a baby boy
coffee machine at work is broken

I should have stayed at home smh
working from home means the coffee machine is solely my responsibility
I am on the plane. Long flight, so might pay for WiFi later for high altitude shitposting.

Love and joy to all.
Have a good flight!

We got our forever home literally just in time last year. Prices have gotten absolutely insane.
Lucky you, the housing market is insane right now.
My girlfriend and I have been saving money in these last 5 years, and during that time the price of houses in our area have doubled; we have a good amount of money saved (considering we're in Portugal and we're a young couple) and even then, we can't even afford a 2 room apartment in our area.
The only way that millenials can buy a house nowadays is if they:
  • Get access to like 20% of the house value from their family
  • Save some money by living with their parents (because rent is also high) and buy outside of Lisbon,Porto and its nearby cities (the main cities in Portugal, where there is also a lot of jobs) or in a rural area
  • Get a high-earning and stressful job, try to save some money while living with it's parents and before getting a mental breakdown

I don't know why the fuck aren't people rioting on the streets.

I don't really know either. The only thing I can really think of is that most millenials who can't afford a house assume it's just them who can't and not literally everyone else without rich parents.

Like I said, my wife and I got super lucky with timing last year, and the fact that the seller agreed to close off-market. I really don't think we would have been able to move if not for both of those things. I have had no help from parents and while my job pays pretty well in general, I'm in a super high cost of living area so it's effectively fairly middle of the road.

The key to buying a home these days seems to be having well-off and generous family or being incredibly lucky.

Selling worse than a new Kirby, a relatively new Pokémon and a mind-bogglingly leggy MK8DX does not sound so bad to me.

I live in Barcelona and everything in this post is 100% accurate. I'd also add that even high-earning jobs often isn't enough to buy a house.

Saw my trainer for the second time last Saturday since covid ended my workout routine in 2020, and now my arms are absolutely dead from 120 lbs chest presses

Times like these I am immensely thankful for the joycons separation so I can play games on the couch or table top with my arms hanging limply on either side of my body that causes the least amount of muscle twinges

NPD software charts aren’t representative of a game performance anymore esp for Nintendo exclusives as Nintendo continues to gain more digital shares each passing day. It’s starting to become extremely lopsided. I still don’t understand why they don’t have a physical or digital only chart when it’s much more fair. Clobbering everything together with missing data is not a good look.

The what now?

Edit: Looks like someone did.
A few years back, @alexqarbuckle on Twitter renamed is account "Italian Elon Musk" and started to make tweets to make fun of Elon Musk. Since he was verified, he was temporarily banned for 'impersonating someone else" and lost his blue check mark, but it was fun while it lasted. Glad someone else is having fun with it now

Ideally Nintendo would add digital sales every month for these reports.

Nintendo isn’t the only publisher to abstain digital sales. Ideally, the chart should have been split along time ago when more than 1 publisher is missing.
