Well, yeah, it's not the end of the world or anything, but it's one of those things that just make you sigh and realise that the system doesn't work for you and will put your own comfort over their profits.

Like I'm not losing sleep over the fact that I don't know when my advertising shows are happening lol - it's just a very minor symptom of a world where "owning a place to live in," is quickly becoming something of fantasy.
 
Still waiting for any information at all on the release date of those two isometric Tomb Raider games for the Switch.

Well, .hack is pretty fun. Looks and runs as it should for a PS2 (?) remaster. But WOW is the protagonists' voice in combat annoying... o_O

Just played F Zero for the first time and that is not how I expected it to feel. Gonna need to look up some tutorial video, cause I had trouble getting the hang of it.

Could take a while. Feral's ports usually launch some serious time after their announcements. Grid Autosport took 8 months.

When was this stated? I don’t ever remember hearing that, but that would be nice!

Though it’d also be nice if they updated some older games to support video capture, like Xenoblade Chronicles 2…

Thoroughly enjoying F Zero X, but I can't figure out the boost placements on cylinders. Gonna make higher difficulties impossible if my brain doesn't get to grips with it

I ordered the manga "Fist of the North Star Volume 4" from Canadian book retailer Chapters (which is worth about 25 bucks) and instead they sent me "Marvel Omnibus Fantastic Four Volume 1" (which is worth about 125 bucks lmao)

I have contacted their customer service lol

Oh I definitely get the frustration of having a gazillion differently named and poorly executed streams and what not one could follow at all times. I just found the use of "emotional labour" to refer to it amusing.

I think I know how the Obi Wan Kenobi show will end. It will be like the end of Revenge of the Sith except this time, Anakin/Vader has the high ground. But Obi Wan doesn't try it because he is wise. Fight ends in a draw.

The art-style is fine, I guess it doesn't translate well to 3D. It doesn't help that the body and camera movements are very smooth, but the faces look very static. I think the camera direction is what reminds me somewhat of Yakuza, said direction working well with realistic characters, but making anime characters look uncanny.

Nice to see Switch hardware still doing great salewise. #1 in America and JP (and also UK apparently) for the year. Not bad for a 5 year old console.
 
The NSO app is really under-utilised. I’ve had my new phone for more than a year and I still haven’t signed in.

Imagine if they dropped Nintendo music on the app.

I wanted to be a good little gamer by starting and completing the first Dark Souls (remastered, which I already own) before I even considered Elden Ring but… I am tempted by the shiny new one that everyone is talking about instead…

Well beat the Kirby star Allie’s story mode other than the bonus challenge planet which I’ll probably do real quick. Though I assume there’s a another challenge or two in the other modes to really beat it
