That would be an incredibly dumb decision on Square's part considering how popular those games are in Japan and how much higher the sales potential for the game is on Switch there.

...so yeah, pretty likely Square will make is PS exclusive.

If the Nier 3 exclusivity is real then there's no way Sony could secure Final Fantasy, Nier and Dragon Quest.
I don't think Sony is interested in the Dragon Quest's audience the same way they're interested in the Final fantasy's one.

I'm mostly trolling, I think the DQ3 remake is exclusive to the Switch and Nintendo paid for it.
But Square Enix is pretty close to Sony these past years so every dumb moves can happen yeah..

It's hard to know what Sony is snatching up and what they aren't. I remember for a while people were certain Devil May Cry 5 was going to be PS4 exclusive only for it to debut at Xbox's E3 show. But I'm willing to put money on Sony locking up Nier 3 for at least a year.

Personally I don't think Sony is going to get DQ12 tied down. I think it's more likely that if any money changes hands it'll be from Microsoft to make sure it doesn't skip Xbox. They made a pretty big deal about DQ11 coming to Xbox and Game Pass.

I know. My post was mostly a joke as well. But like you said, Square HAS done some stupid shit recently, so who knows lmao

If you hit metal objects with lightning anything (lightning arrows, lightning swords, and.... lightning), stuff happens

I assume it's like swords or other metal stuff that they dropped to make the Revali portrait, then they use electricity on it. The game's chemistry system allowed for some really cool metal -> electricity interplay.

It's strange; Switch is more than 5 years old now, but it still feels like a young system to me. By comparison, the Wii U already felt old in 2015.

A lot of that is probably due to the amount of support they got respectively; not only does getting more games give a system the impression of health and vigor, but time flies when you have so much awesome content to play.

I think design philosophy also plays a part; the Switch has such a forward thinking concept that it still feels very innovative and modern in 2022; switching seamlessly from docked to portable play so easily and conveniently still feels magical even all these years later, such a genius design.

Yeah, this stuff is always so annoying.

I just want to play stuff on the go or on the couch while "watching" something. And if that can't happen, let me play it on the computer for crying out loud. 😫
 
It's so good to see Nintendo tweeting about F-Zero even if it's just for NSO.. Please bring us a new game.
 
Never played an F Zero so I will check this out. I wish it was Kirby 64 next

All I see is people hyping Triangle Strategy and calling it one of the best tactical of the decade... I must resist....
 
man pretty much any of the levels in crash 1 that are about vertically scaling a structure by ascending it from its side suck. i actually kind of like the bridge levels but c'mon.

slippery climb sucks. 😞😒
