I'm wondering if there's a reason for the direct to be a little bit later, or maybe we are overthinking ?Last two weeks of the month then. This is a narrow enough window I feel better. I wonder if that's strange?
I think it's more that there's no reason for it to be at the regular time anymoreI'm wondering if there's a reason for the direct to be a little bit later, or maybe we are overthinking ?
Honestly same, I start my new job on Monday and I appreciate the lack of distractions.(Good, I'm glad its not next week)

Then you also could share your take on your questionRE: your edit, ditto + exactly why I asked!
That + moving it away from other presentations + maybe slightly latere works better with some marketing coordination.I think it's more that there's no reason for it to be at the regular time anymore
I’m excited for the final fantasy stream. Hope to see remake part 2Oh well atleast I have capcoms thing to get excited for atleast. Hoping for AA7
I think that much speculation and doom-posting would kill many people in this thread. If the June Direct is moved back, then September Direct speculation needs to be moved forward to today! That's right, double Direct speculation!
Then you also could share your take on your question
switch pro reveal isn't ready yetGodamnit, why move it back a week or two instead of just having the Direct on the usual date?
I'm impatient as fuck over here
There's so many ducks to line up.switch pro reveal isn't ready yet
they don't want Keighley to retweet it with his hashtagI'm wondering if there's a reason for the direct to be a little bit later, or maybe we are overthinking ?
Basically. They can announce it all together. Meet in the middle of when a direct is usual announced and when a new model is usuall announcedswitch pro reveal isn't ready yet
Excellent.they don't want Keighley to retweet it with his hashtag
Lmaoothey don't want Keighley to retweet it with his hashtag
They want us to suffer. That's the reason.I'm wondering if there's a reason for the direct to be a little bit later, or maybe we are overthinking ?
Doesn't feel that different from September 2019 to me, where shortly before you had Fire Emblem and Astral Chain, then you got DQXI, Links Awakening, Pokémon Sword and Shield, Witcher 3 and wasn't Animal Crossing delayed out of there?I Just have a gut feeling that a last 2022 quarter with Bayo3, New Fire Emblem, Mario Rabbids 2, Metroid Prime HD and Pokémon could be too much, but maybe I'm wrong. A FE Genealogy of the Holy War Is rumored for 2023, IIRC
To me, it would be the Fire Emblem Direct in January 2017. After the Switch presentation, my hype for the console was insane, especially so since it was portable and out of all franchises, Fire Emblem is my most favorite IP from Nintendo/IS.Alright so yesterday when vibes were low I had an idea to lift things up in in here...
Quote reply to this message with your favorite memory of a Direct Announcement. Be specific: where were you when you were watching, how many tears did you shed, what were your Direct snacks?
I’ll randomly pick one of the (valid) replies tomorrow (Saturday) morning and gift them an eshop game of their choosing, $20 max! (or I suppose credit if a code isn't possible) Include the game you’d be hoping to grab with it in your reply to give the devs some love
Koizumi yet to visit a barber + Pikmin 4 trailer is not as excelent as Miyamito wants.I'm wondering if there's a reason for the direct to be a little bit later, or maybe we are overthinking ?

Have all you considered playing Nintendo games while waiting on the announcement of more Nintendo games?
Lol nobody actually plays video games, it’s more fun to talk about them on the internetHave all you considered playing Nintendo games while waiting on the announcement of more Nintendo games?

Anyone here team June 21st?
Why I would play videogames?Have all you considered playing Nintendo games while waiting on the announcement of more Nintendo games?
Everybody's 1-2 Switch is one of those odd games like Ring-Fit that will just release around October.Well, IIRC between the 30th of august and mid November we had DQ XI S, Link's Awakening, Astral Chain, Ring Fit Adventure, Luigi's Mansion 3 and Pokémon SS
Theoretically, we can possibly see a similar outcome:
-Bayonetta 3 ( Platinum game)
-Pokèmon SV (Pokémon game)
-Everybody Switch (casual game)
-Mario Rabbids 2 (third party exclusive game)
-Metroid Prime HD( niche published core game from Nintendo like LA Remake)
-Splatoon 3 ( big Nintendo IP, 10+ million seller like Luigi's Mansion 3)
Fire Emblem is still the odd one in my books, but of course I may be wrong. I would not mind at all a january release for brand new FE, Pokémon Legends proved that a Nintendo game can sell well in january if it's good and well marketed
This is a good question…Alright so yesterday when vibes were low I had an idea to lift things up in in here...

This only really applies to Sonic fans, honestly. And sometimes Atlus because they sometimes forget how to release or advertise games, despite being pretty dang good at making themHave any of you considered becoming Sega fans so you'll never have to suffer through the weight of legitimate hope and expectations ever again?
lol I don't know ehy but I keep forgetting about advance wars.Everybody's 1-2 Switch is one of those odd games like Ring-Fit that will just release around October.
I love Metroid, but I agree that it and Fire Emblem are probably the odd ones out.
I would honestly put Bayonetta in the same niche core game catergory.
And Advance Wars still needs to release some time.
Ica n't see them shelve that but release the 1-2 Switch sequel.
