Hm, well that’s interesting, along with the indie world timing being the same last year, it was also today base NSO got an update announced. Curious

I got that year in review email and I had 979 hours across 56 games. My top three were Mario Kart 8 (134 hours), Pokemon Unite (98 hours), and Neo: The World Ends With You (96 hours).

Down from 1152 hours and 59 games last year. Only so high both years because of the pandemic.

Everything about that ending scene is absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change anything about it.

Didn’t play a whole lot consistently at least, on switch anyway. I was able to get both next gen systems. Though, I go through times where I just find no motivation to play at all at times. Thanks to halo, I have some motivation to play and working my through shining pearl as I just got to the elite four

My most played game this year was alien isolation at 19 hours. A good chunk of that time was dying to the alien a lot

This is the least surprising Top 3 Games for me this year:

Although I didn't play too terribly much Switch this year, only 313 hours and 13 games. Which means that these three games alone made up around 75% of my Switch playtime, lol
 
I really didn't play too much Switch this year, on the whole. Can't wait for 2022 to be like 500% higher lol.

181 hours logged vs. 559 last year
Top 3 games: Skyward Sword HD (42 hours), Metroid Dread (33 hours), ACNH (21 hours)
My most active day was October 12th, when I put 9 hours into Metroid Dread
115 hours docked vs. 66 hours handheld

Between what we already know is coming in 2022, and what the February Direct is likely to show us, I genuinely think I'll be likely to put at least 500 hours in during 2022. Kirby, Splatoon 3, BOTW 2, Pokemon Legends, and Kirby are already spoken for. Throw in Prime HD and Xenoblade 3, and hoooooo BOY

I’m annoyed my real number 2 was super robot wars v at 80 hrs but it was skipped.



Also bummed I couldn’t make it to go see Macross Plus in theaters so I leave this awesome cover for anyone who did

19 new games played this year vs. 14 last year. 249 vs. 276 hours.

Top 3:
ACNH: 68 hours
Ring Fit: 40 hours
Hades: 35 hours

Being an adult sucks.
 
With how many Switch games I want out next year and less PS5 games, I'll most likely put more hours into the system in 2022 than 2021.

Still probably won't top 2020 unless BOTW2, new Xenoblade and stuff like Arceus, Kirby and Splatoon 3 keep me very busy (And whatever other JRPG comes out)

How do we will this into existence? Xenoblade for lots of love, but these ended up criminally overlooked -- especially Pandora's Tower, which has so much untapped potential.
 
My OLED finally arrived and I was wondering if the activity logs transfers without issues while performing the system transfer.

I'd appreciate any input about this

From what I've read online it doesn't, but I haven't tried it myself.
