Nothing but Chrono Cross remaster but I'm guessing that's not happening either. Was there something teased for Nintendo from insiders?
I was expecting dull man but trust me it's even worseI'm for real not even watching this but I'm enjoying all your reactions immensely.
I mean, that's how it always is here. It's an event for the AAA industry, mainly western. That's never really been a secret.I was expecting dull man but trust me it's even worse
it's like nintendo doesn't even exist
Next week we could have Indie World and these things are getting better with every show.february direct here we come
january direct here we comefebruary direct here we come
There's a reason I linked you a video of a 7 year old adult swim short rather than an actual feed for this show.gosh I should just go to bed
yeah I wasn't expecting it to be this badI was really excited for this show
Man I’m bored as HECK
Of course there isn’t. Nintendo announced their slate for this year at E3 and there isn’t a game with active updates anymore. And like I said, TGA’s aren’t the place for huge announcements. And I bet they heavily regret even announcing Bayonetta 3 in 2017.I think there was an assumption that since Smash can’t be the big showing, there would have to be something to replace it. Instead, it seems like there just… isn’t.
Zelda has spent almost two years of its development cycle in the middle of a pandemic. I have nothing but respect for the devs. The doomerism over this game, and Nintendo in general, feels so out of touch with the reality of the state of the world.what the fuck is happening at nintendo man
I can't even begin to imagine what zelda 2 development has looked like
I’m starting to think Xenoblade 3 is farther out than 2022.
It isn't. Nintendo just don't care about TGA.I’m starting to think Xenoblade 3 is farther out than 2022.
Legit thoyeah I wasn't expecting it to be this bad
I say that zelda development must have been hell in part because of covid, not in spite of itZelda has spent almost two years of its development cycle in the middle of a pandemic. I have nothing but respect for the devs. The doomerism over this game, and Nintendo in general, feels so out of touch with the reality of the state of the world.
And by all accounts they still had an incredibly year in 2021. They’re 100% fine.
The thing is we didn't even get these.Honestly genuinely surprised people were expecting much from Nintendo. I do not get where this impression came from. They featured BotW an already announced game at two TGA’s and to be bluntly honest they haven’t done much since. It’s been super tame in the Switch era. A logo of Bayonetta 3, a couple of mid tier game announcements, smash dlc, etc. Nothing really earth shattering.
I will gladly take the L tonight if something huge gets dropped later. But I wasn’t expecting anything since Smash has been the go to game for announcements and that is now wrapped up.
Wait they give out awards at this show?like at this point i just wanna see what wins goty
Not really.lol so dramatic
As in telling the audience they've been in a simulation the whole time and the real show is happening later and Nintendo will actually remind us to be there this time?
Journalists were playing a demo for that Matrix Awakens earlier this week. It sounded pretty incredible (visually).Sounds really possible. Keanu and Carrie-Anne could be this year's Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez. (they were late in the show, right?)
Yeah put someone who isn't 8ft tall in a Spartan costume and the proportions look immediately wrong.oh noooooo
chief looks real bad irl
They’re purposefully not letting him have a mic lmaoHaven’t kept up all that much.
Has that It Takes Two guy said anything? Everyone been waiting for his speech.
Yeah, throw some JRPG's there way! It's pretty funny seeing almost the exact same games represented for every category. There's gotta be a better way to get game journalists to diversify nominees a little bit.
Still livid about Neil Crunchmann winning best director last year"games take hundreds of people working countless hours to make. and thats only possible thanks to one person."
lmao captain crunchStill livid about Neil Crunchmann winning best director last year
No, his game won during one of the throwaways and they put a camera on him while Geoff joked about knowing better than to give him a microphone again.Haven’t kept up all that much.

Geoff is silencing and locking up my guyHaven’t kept up all that much.
