Will there be a Q&A following the numbers release? If so, would they release before or after the usual time a Direct would be announced?

Vibes are good for me. A direct is not announced on vibes alone, but it helps!

Vibes are off because Nintendo noticed the fake 'vibes are off' posts used to try and fool Nintendo into launching a Direct, so Nintendo cancelled the Direct.

They also cancelled Brain Training: Reverse Psychology from EPD 4 x indieszero because they're sick of the Fami attempting to use reverse psychology to force a Direct into existence.

In all serious we might be due for a bunch of Smaller Games:

  • EPD x indieszero collab
  • NdCube non-Mario Party game
  • Arika's next 99 game
  • Syn Sophia's new Style Savvy
  • Good-Feel's self-published adventure game?

May this be the Direct of Smol But Weird games and Also ZELDA.
 
I forgot - are General Nintendo Directs like 10AM central or 5PM central? I feel like they’ve done both in the past, unless I’m misremembering.

I kinda doubt GoodFeel's and Grezzo's new IP's are gonna be self published. Nintendo will assume that duty once again. I know Grezzo has recently applied for a trademark, but I also doubt that trademark will be the title of the game.

And I'm hoping that Arika is doing a brand new fighting game instead of those 99 games. Switch needs fighting games.

Good-Feel specifically set up a new Osaka studio for self-published titles. That's in addition to their Tokyo studio doing contracted games, so their new IP would be separate from another Nintendo title. Grezzo I think is difficult to call; even if they do self-publish (or are working with another publisher), I suspect whatever they're doing comes to Switch.

The leads for the 99 games have been MIA, I think, so it seems likely another one is in the works. Arika are pretty productive for a small outfit.

I seem to remember seeing both. They've definitely released in the evening before when I'm at home and also in like late morning/early afternoon since I've had to watch them in little clips at work before.
