This is Crosshair from The Bad Batch season 2 right now:

It's also DC now having to axe the DC Cinematic Universe or whatever the hell they were calling it.

Old Yeller style, I guess.

Thanks. I feel like I’m just off or something. I love all the Zelda’s I’ve played, but I’m just getting frustrated with this ;_; (I do like the game but as of now it’s my least favorite 3D zelda….), it sucks that I feel this way because my friends and family adore this one

I like the story and themes a lot, I’m just got a lot of other stuff adding up :/
Yeah I didn't love it either. The change in overall game structure was refreshing at first but the whole time mechanic had me too stressed the entire time to really enjoy it. And the levels didn't feel quite as fun and intricate.

3DS or 64 version?

Because I think the 64 version is superior.

There's something about playing on an N64 with Majora's Mask that's refreshing and the dark colors genuinely help it.

I have to say though: the 3DS version of Ocarina of Time is better than the original, imho.

Original N64 of course.

I had the GCN version of Majora's Mask and the guidebook for it, and I remember I dropped it because I went to the swamp in the south first, took forever to get through the platforming section, and then ran out of time in the stealth section, and I went "yeah I'm not gonna bother"

Original N64 of course.
To be honest, the 3DS version compared to the N64 version was a downgrade for me, even though I actually completed Majora's Mask for the very first time on my 3DS copy.

Also, as a side-note: I did play some games at various times during my "10 year hiatus at least" but they weren't for very long or weren't big games in general; pretty few and far in-between.

that's honestly where I feel, among others, and yes I did the song of inverted time to slow it down

That last part is basically a given.

Everyone does the Song of Inverted Time every, well, time!

And usually at the beginning of each session of the 3-day cycle.

Well, that's what I did, anyway.

I am at the third temple, I just got off the turtle. I am taking a break, but am planning on finishing the temple later today.

3DS Majora's Mask had a couple of changes I didn't like, the Restoration Patch takes care of pretty much all of them.

The brighter visuals for OoT and MM 3D, I still think were for the sake of the portable screen. If those remakes were designed for a home console I don't think they would've brightened it up as much as they did (especially in the OoT 3D Ganon battle, which ruined the lighting).

Even though it was a backlit screen, darker scenes could still be less visible on a display only a few inches wide, which is a problem especially if you want to showcase glasses-free 3D on top of that.

I hope if they bring those remakes over to console, they readjust the lighting.

Wait, there was a Restoration Patch?!

Also:

Glad that I had the wisdom to crow my cursor on where you said "Restoration Patch" because, no offense to the Family, but I often can't see the hyperlinks on other people's posts here.

No offense or anything.

Damn. I got burnt just for asking about Tai Chi and its health benefits.

:cautious:
Lol, yeah I'm not entirely sure why someone would think microdosing was in any way related to Tai Chi in the first place.

Then again, naming a specific user, wouldn't be surprised if it was a bot

That, and he or she is probably referring to people who are into Tai Chi being interested in "New Age" or "hippie" shit.

Which I'm honestly not at all.

Been a while since I made a Super Mega Baseball 3 post.

Was leading 1-0 after the 1st inning, and 5-0 after the top of the 2nd inning, and then this chaos ensued.

it's so disturbing to read "I actually don't really like Nintendo games" on the Nintendo forum

I mean more power to them and all but god damn

and of course it's chock full of Nintendo boomers and coobers

as a Wii kid these people freak me out

they probably care more about Howard Lincoln than Gunpei Yokoi

Oh damn

I remember the Wii days.

Except I wasn't a Wii kid, I was apart of the "N64 generation."

Damn, we're now talking about "Wii kids" these days.

Amazing. o_O

Honestly I've been playing Nintendo games since the mid 90s (which probably makes me geriatric to you) and I've always kinda stayed focused on the same 6-8 IPs or so. I'm just a creature of habit by nature. The few times I've expanded outside of that comfort zone, either I lose interest, play new games from that series sparingly, or the series never gets off the ground (Kid Icarus Uprising is the best game to never get a sequel or any follow-up in my book).

Like yeah, a new Nintendo IP is more interesting to me than any ol' new IP by another company, but it still will take a lot for me to make the leap of faith.

oh yeah to be clear I don't actually want to shit on anyone for what they like, that's why I'm talking about it here instead of in there

just, hoo boy are some of those takes weird for me to read

i just remembered how awful the final season of samurai jack was after the 3rd episode
Those first 3 episodes were amazing and then it just nosedived, such a disappointment. The romance was the worst of it.

Hey, I bit my tongue when someone said they yawned at Banjo-Kazooie's Smash reveal, so I know what you mean.

I beat the great bay temple.
Was not a fan of the water current and zora swimming controls combo.
I hope the 4th dungeon is better, because dungeons 2 & 3 are my least liked zelda dungeons I have played :(

Don't get me wrong, I do like the game, but I am sure it's my least favorite 3D Zelda. The story and themes are cool, it's a unique Zelda. But, there is so much small frustrations adding up, that it's getting in the way of me enjoying the game more. I guess I am just not feeling/clicking with Majora like I thought I would.

Hard to say if you'll like it given how you're feeling about the game, but the 4th dungeon in MM is often cited as one of the best in the entire series. It's definitely the best in the game, at the very least, IMO.

Boy SD Gundam BA is making me work for G Gundam units. Least I have the Alex now for easier credit grinding
