The UK store is still up, but I'm guessing they'll wait until everything is back online before putting the orders up.The My Nintendo Store is under maintenance and has been for the whole last week. No info when it's coming back online.
My gut feeling says it's coming up shortly before Xenoblade 3 releases, and they open the EU preorders for the CE on the same day, for a spectacular shitshow, with the "CE game will arrive late due to problems and late shipping" icing on top.
Hopefully we won't have to imagine.I want to see Saito redesign Pyra but with XC3's design language. Her XC2 design is a garbled mess but the characters in 3 are more consistent. Even keeping the boob socks and hot pants, I think she would look much better
So weird, maybe we get our final trailer today? I’m not watching that tho.Hm no tweet today? Suppose it might be later than normal
Or it's second Xenoblade Direct time! /s
Yeah it was pretty fun, today he‘ll stream again his way to Torigoth.Just had the first video on of DeeBeeGeek playing XC2 on in the background - his enthusiasm is so infectious!
After Xenoblade 2 reviews I really don’t care what the reviewers says
"The game make you really feel like a Xenoblade Chronicle"I'm just sitting here hoping we get some vague teases of reviewer's thoughts on the full game
Bad email!
Thank you for registering your interest in the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Collector’s Edition from My Nintendo Store.
Due to unforeseen logistical challenges, we are unable to open pre-orders for the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Collector’s Edition before the game launches on July 29th. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
To give customers the flexibility to purchase and enjoy the game at launch, we will now be offering the contents of the Collector’s Edition (soft cover concept art book, steel case and outer box packaging) as a separate purchase at a price that does not include the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 software.
This means you can buy the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 game when it launches on July 29th, and have a chance to pre-order the Collector’s Edition contents on My Nintendo Store later in September.
Edit: I'm in the UK so unsure how many of us this will effect. This is karma for laughing at the US preorder debacle.
I confirm in Spain it is also the caseIT too, I've just received the very same message
I think we can assume is for every "NoE" country

I agree. I'm actually relieved they opted for this solution. Now we don't have to worry about the game not being delivered on time, or having to buy it twice. There may even be less demand for the extra content now, so that would increase the chance of being able to preorder it. So for me personally it's a win-win situation.Honestly releasing the CE contents separately is the best solution, I wish that was an option over here in the U.S. considering I don't even know if they are shipping the game by launch day.
You received an email about NoE?US here. Just received the same email.
Yeah, it'd nice to do a digital pre-load and still get the CE goodies.Honestly releasing the CE contents separately is the best solution, I wish that was an option over here in the U.S. considering I don't even know if they are shipping the game by launch day.

That's why I was confused by what you said. No? I pre-ordered from the US My Nintendo Store and got the same email.
EDIT: Well Nvm. I see now. Checked the bottom of the email and it’s definitely Europe. No idea why I’m receiving this email.
I don't have the email, so it might be an error is NAers are getting itGermany, e-mail too. I guess at this point it's safe to say this, at least, is going to be the same for all EU countries, maybe even the US.
Anyway, i just went to Amazon.de and pre-ordered the regular edition. At least i'm getting it on launch day this way.
That'd be great! Fairly early for Nintendo. Not that reviews are a big deal to me, but it's nice to see them and get a bit more info. Plus I'd like to see the game review a bit better and get good optics going into launch, just as a fan and to spread good WoM for non-day 1 buyers.I’m hearing the reviews will be up on the 26th.
This is according to TieGuyTravis, who is reviewing it for IGN, in yesterday's Bitcast stream. As of yesterday he played 135 hours and is on Chapter 7 out of a presumed 10.I’m hearing the reviews will be up on the 26th.

What if Xenoblade 3 is just FF6's world of Ruins but for the whole game?Nonlinearity would fit well with the heroes too. Could be set up where you need to build your team as strong as possible before making the trek to Swordmarch.
The only issue with that would be level scaling, which would need some adjustment.
I don't think being super long will affect review scores all that much one way or the other. Games like Elden Ring and Persona 5 Royal both reviewed incredibly well despite being anywhere from like 90-150 hours long. And at least it seems like XC3 review copies have been in the hands of reviewers for a good long time, so hopefully they're not feeling super rushed.I wonder how the game length will affect the review score, he looks fed up lol
I think stuffing this game with good content will help a lot with its ability to have legs and sell well overall, plus coming out this summer where there is no competition instead of in September.
