Are there missable weapons in this? I came across a secret mission in chapter 6 that had me using a weapon I hadn’t seen yet. Have I just missed that or will it show up for me later in the game?
There is at least one weapon I found that can be easily missed:Are there missable weapons in this? I came across a secret mission in chapter 6 that had me using a weapon I hadn’t seen yet. Have I just missed that or will it show up for me later in the game?
I'm pretty sure there's a video on YouTube of someone trying the game on an overclocked Switch. If I recall, the game still dips but it recovers frames faster.I'm really curious how bayo 3 performs on over clocked switch V2. Hope someone tries soon. Would be cool to see how the fps and resolution holds up.
Framerate was increased with CPU and GPU speed over clocks, but memory bandwith seemed to be the biggest issue. Not sure if anyone has ever been able to upclock the bandwidth on a v2 LPDDR4x.I'm pretty sure there's a video on YouTube of someone trying the game on an overclocked Switch. After playing a bit into Chapter 4, I definitely think it comes into its own quickly as well. This feels like the most ambitious Bayonetta by far in terms of what it offers and what it’s trying to achieve, and there are definitely consolations for that but I think it really works overall.I actually prefer the art direction of this game over the previous two. It starts off pretty drab in terms of locations but it quickly comes into its own. I especially enjoyed the third multiverse you explore. The game has the most variance of any Bayonetta entry. B2 might've had more density but much of its look was pretty same-y, and it was already pretty similar to the first game.
You have to catch them. Some are in weird spots, but others usually there is a minor puzzle/thinking involved with cutting off their escape somehow. Some are environmental, others you just need to choose a different route than them. Butterfly mode gives you a lot of speed. How do you get the Umbran tears anyway? Yeah you need them from the animals, but they always seem to run away
I mean, were they not when making 1 and 2?Kamiya and co. must've been high making this
It’s a tricky narrow window for longer witch time, using Chesire for damage regardless helps a ton.Okay, so, just got to play as Viola for the first time, and I’m doing the first hidden verse or whatever you call them where you can only do damage in Witch Time…and I don’t fucking understand how I’m supposed to do this?? Either I’m missing something here, or playing as Viola is a lot less forgiving than playing as Bayonetta… Like, the window for activating Witch Time via blocking with Viola seems WAY more narrow than dodging with Bayonetta, and when I do manage to activate Witch Time, it doesn’t even stay active long enough for me to do much of anything… Sometimes it seems to stay active longer, but I can’t figure out what causes that. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong here?? I was having a blast with the game until this point…
There's a side chapter for each chapter not versewait a minute, are there side chapters for each verse if you find every animal or is it just for some verses?
I managed to beat it after awhile, but damn, that window is way too narrow… Makes Viola a lot less fun to play as, honestly. =/It’s a tricky narrow window for longer witch time, using Chesire for damage regardless helps a ton.
