I think it's because of the rumble. The original had a rumble function built on the cartridge, but the 3DS doesn't support rumble, so they would have to remove the feature.

If that's the reason and GBC comes to NSO, it might be rereleased for the first time!

SMT V is just Persona 5 without dating your teacher

I actually don't know if you can or cannot date your teacher in SMT V
 
So if you wanna replay Mario 64 on Switch (with n64 controller) and have both 3d All Stars and NSO...which is better, both are the same emulator:

3d All Stars
  • Updated 2d artwork/Text (720p)
  • based on Shindou version, however rumble doesnt work on n64 controller yet
NSO
  • Original 2d artwork/text
  • based on original release version, can do speedrunning strats (backwards long jumps)
  • has save state support
  • has pointless online support

Any other reasons to pick one over the other?

I may bite on one of the Japanese N64 NSO controllers on ebay as some aren't as bad price wise - there are no issues with other region controllers right?

Nah, I once bought a Wii Remote while in Germany and I bought the Mario Odyssey Joy Cons from Japan and I haven't had any issues with connectivity on my North American consoles, can't imagine there'd be issues now

This is becoming a more common practice in the industry and I don't like it. on Switch especially, we don't get gameplays of ports until 3-4 days till the release.
 
I have come to the realisation that I have gone as far as I can go with German in Duolingo. I'm working on getting skills to level 5 and it's now a bloodbath every day. The problem is that the sentences are more sophisticated now and I'm not supporting this effort with any consumption of actual German. You can't make sense of things like word order without reading stuff properly and developing a sense of what sounds right.

I used to have the Der Spiegel app which would prompt me to read regularly, but it keep spamming me with push notifications about how irgendwer ist tot and it got too depressing. I need to find some lighter publication to regularly read.

Doesn't help that I have 6 languages on the go, which is really stupid, but I have loss aversion about any language I've ever dabbled in.

How long before regular games, not just ports, get released with minimal to no gameplay shown? Who's ready for CGI trailers all the way up till the embargo lifts?
