hey look there’s one of your surprises we talked about that was never rumored. Too bad it’s a port to a series that already got 2 games this year….

True. Kit and Krysta said on ther Podcast Nintendo calls this "Expectation management" and Direct messages on tweets are absolutely worded very precisely. Not saying it'S a gurantee BotW2 is there though but it is likely.
 
Prediction:
Open with Metroid Prime Remakester - and a very quick graphic saying MP4 is coming in 2023 and please be excited as there will be more updates before launching later next year
Close with BOTW2 2-3min trailer and title reveal (Of course I stick with my prediction it will be called Echo(es) Of The Wild)

Anyway, hype about that port, I barely played it on Wii U. I wonder if it'll play fine docked.
 
it's Kirby's 30th anniversary and with the way HAL and Nintendo handled the event, it was pretty sure we'll get another game. The game comes out a week before Christmas, we have our December game now

Does the Rainbow Curse text mention how the game would be played in docked mode? I honestly thought the game had no chance of getting ported considering the reliance on touch.

Well that was definitely a big surprise. I won't pick it up, didn't care for it much originally, but I'm very happy to see more Wii U ports. I think with that I'm going to bounce from this thread in case anything else leaks and more signs drop like RTs.

We need to discuss the release date. There goes December

We already have rumors of WWHD/TPHD and MPR coming. With this leak I can’t believe Nintendo would announce so many ports in a direct. WWHD/TPHD might not even show up. They gonna cram so many ports at the end of the year?

I think I'm good for Kirby this year... the MP one that just came out was not worth it and this does not seem like fun on Switch unless handheld with a stylus... Forgotten Land is hard to top but glad its coming out for those who want it

December is a weird month to have a big game anyway, and Nintendo has already talked about how much of a challenge it is to release a big game so close to Holidays, they don't like to do it. They did it for Smash because it wasn't ready for earlier.

Only time I played a "drawing" game with motion controls was Okami on Wii, and it fucking sucked. This game will be the real test of how much Switch can elevate sales of middling ports
