Nintendo hasn't had a meaningful presence at TGA since Reggie left. In fact I think it was rumored that in general they do not care about TGA, and the involvement during Reggie's time was only because of his friendship with Keighley

not to continue the derail, but did you ever get around to playing three houses? i was pretty down on it when all the info leaked just before release, and what i saw afterwards didn't exactly change my mind, so i didn't end up playing it until i was super bored recently. but i gotta say i'm really, really enjoying it. it's a mess on a technical level, the aesthetics are utterly borked in places, but there's also a lot of love in there and a lot of interesting new twists on traditional series conventions. the characters have really grown on me too; might be one of my favourite FE casts overall. i'm about 120 hours deep (christ) on my first of the three routes (christ) and really loving it, despite its flaws. idk, if you see it on special it might be worth a try?

that said i'm deeply deeply unimpressed by colgate chan and anticipating this next one might be an easy skip for me. thank god i've still got so much of three houses left to play, along with the other 100 or so srpgs releasing this year

no way they’re doing a third teaser for botw 2. It won’t be a blowout but I do think we’ll get the first reveal trailer with a name.
 
Can someone link me to the stream that is closest to the UK version please? I assume one of the European language streams. I ain't waiting no extra hour to see the Direct.

For something in 2023, I wonder if we finally see the sequel to Octopath Traveler. Could be a summer exclusive for Nintendo, and we know there'll be a handful of announcements tomorrow that aren't in the "winter 2022" window.

I don't think the streams are region-locked, and the content is the same, so everyone can watch the US stream! That's what I've always done, and I'm in the EU.

You could play Splatoon or Xenoblade. You could run around your hometown screaming "ITS A GENERAL DIRECT!" like a mad person. Or lose yourself in Youtube reaction videos.

hah to be frank for FE, I'd rather have a remake come first rather than the one rumored with "Toothpaste-chan".
 
I feel like we should at least see Toothpaste-chans debut before judging her game. Some of the leaked info seemed fairly intriguing

Plus, if it's anything like Three Houses first impressions aren't everything

Have you seen how intensely Ukraine has pushed back against Russia over the past week? They've really gained ground and it's kind of incredible.
 
Count me as part of those who think we're not getting anything substansial from Nintendo during the Game Awards anymore.

Anyway, very confident to see BOTW2 tomorrow
