My only experience with Suikoden is Suikoden V, but I really enjoyed it. Quick and fun battle system with like six characters at once (I think?), interesting tactical mini game and duel mini game, and the big draw: 101 recruitable characters ranging from farmers to baddasses to animal-people and chefs and everything in-between. Plus your own home base for them all to mingle and hang out in. Almost Pokémon-like where you get so many people and find out who’s good in combat, who has good magic, weird strategies, etc
 
On that note, hey Konami, Suikoden collection when? Or at the least maybe put them on this new PS+ thing? Thanks

Well it also perked my ears when I read the news because they were the first team to openly, definitively say "our game is coming to Nintendo's next generation," and that combined with them going "ope, now it's coming to Switch after all" makes it lean too easily into the already-spreading belief that the "next Nintendo" and "the Switch" are going to sandwich together in the way @Derachi illustrated. 🤷‍♂️

And no, my copy of Chrono Cross only recently arrived and I was already in the middle of having the Nier series change my life when it did. 😅 I'll dig into it soon, though!
 
Has anyone on here experience with the OshiRabu series of Yuri VNs? I have them wishlisted, because they look cute and I like the artstyle. I watched the trailer and while part of it seems like one girl is more outgoing and one more shy, one seems to have accepted her homosexuality, while the other might grow into accepting hers, part of it makes me concerned whether one girl forces herself on the other. I don't want to support something that portrays lesbians as predatory or homosexuality as a choice even if in a "cute" way.

Then, oddly, he seemed to shift his opinion mid-answer, saying that unionization isn’t a “good or bad thing.”

“I’ve worked in industries that have had high levels of unionization,” explained Fils-Aimé. “This is not a good or bad thing. It is a situation that as a leader, as an executive, you need to manage just like any other challenge, issue, or opportunity that you face.”

I think Konami is right now having a moment of "OMG just too many legacy stuff to make collections of! I can't decide which one to start with!".

Logical choice would be "Tiny Toon Adventures Acme-tastic Collection".

I hate being so easily manipulated by corporations exploiting my nostalgia, but opening my NSO N64 controller last night was something else. To hold a mint, authentic* N64 controller in my hands in 2022 was a revelation.

The sad thing is it seems like a 3rd DKC wasn't even in the cards over at Retro. With them now on Prime 4 duty and EPD possibly doing their own new take on the IP, we unfortunately won't be seeing a new Country title in a long, long time.

Perhaps in the far future EPD will develop a Country game or the team will give it to a studio like Playtonic to make it, but yeah, this is the pain we DK fans all share; No matter how many in droves buy a new DK title, the fans are rarely rewarded for it.
