Waiting for that late game Breath of the Wild 2 plot-twist when it's revealed Ganondorf's corpse (Ganoncorpse?) was trapped beneath Hyrule Castle as a deliberate way of bringing about the repeated Calamities by the Sheikah, who resented their fall from power and grace, and who wished to return themselves to a place of central importance in the eternal struggle between good and evil in Hyrule.

do I have any knowledge about what's going to be in this direct? hmm
do I have reason to say it's gonna be the best direct of all time??? hmmmm
am I just baselessly creating hype???? HMMmmmmmmm

am I, myself excited for this Direct because it's another chance for Yakuza 0 to get ported to Switch so I can buy it for a 5th but this time on my favourite console of all time and also convince all my Switch only friends that they need it?? HMMMMmmmMMMMMmMMMmmmmmmMMMMmMMMmMMmMMmMmmmmmMMMmmMMMMMMMMmMmmMMMMMmMMMmmmMMmmMMMmmMMMmMMMMmmmMMMmmMMmmmmmmMMMMM

Don't worry: If Yakuza 0 ever gets ported to Switch, I will contain my "you really should play this masterpiece" energy to a dedicated thread.

I've played (and enjoyed!) Y0 but I still hope it happens because I wanna see which "insiders" will steal your future posts and try to pass it off as their own scoops.

It was the last game I played on my PS4 before getting my PS5.

Btw, do I need to play all of them to understand Like a Dragon? Kind of really want to check that out on game pass
No not really! Like you’ll miss some minor callbacks and whatever but honestly you’ll be totally fine.

I do want to try to play all of them this year but that one always caught my interest, thanks
It’s really easy to burn yourself out on these games, which might result in you maybe not liking them. Take your time! Don’t rush through them, let them wash over you. Bathe in the setting, the tone, the atmosphere.

If you’re going to play through all of them play 3 on easy. Trust me here.

Good effort on trying to jinx the XC3 delay and force a 2022 release. Fills me with confidence that this is a XC2 delayed into 2018 repeat.

Thanks for the advice. I never got to play them on game pass but I have Yakuza 1, 2 and 0 on playstation so I just need to find time to get through them.

It'll never happen. Nagoshi's ghost still haunts the halls of Sega HQ. Whenever Sega tries to port any Yakuza game in his absence a ghastly voice is heard: "Oooonly for the graaaaduate gameeers!"

Goddamn. I walked so @xghost777 could run. Bravo.

And don't get me started on my turtle, the most arrogant bastard I know. Not everything is about you, ya know.
Just wait till the little punk reaches teen years and decides to bust out a ninja mask...

Fuck me trying to sell my old Switch on Facebook has been an exercise in frustration I've not had for a while:
  • 1 million people going "Is this still available?" then ghosting
  • People going "Where can we meet up?" then ghosting after my answer
  • People asking me shit that is blatantly clear in the listing
  • People giving me offers £30+ below my asking price (i.e. the price I chose cause I want to get more than just selling it at CeX)
  • People asking for free games
  • Someone setting up a meeting spot, asking whether he can test it, and then making a low-ball offer and asking for free games
I honestly didn't expect it to be this hard lol
I have the same issues selling cars. It got to a point where I list them for like 30% over what I actually want to take because you can just expect people to take your asking price and try to cut it nearly in half. Every time. One guy literally told me "it's the way you're supposed to buy stuff," yelled at my dad and I for not knowing how to sell cars (my dad's been doing it for 50 years), and then proceeded to basically describe how they do deals on Pawn Stars.
Selling stuff has been ruined.

As promised, the og Craig Spowser has returned

Love how all of the Developers under the Team17 publishing umbrella are coming out against NFTs. Don’t think it will change much for this particular usage, but glad that they aren’t sitting back when they don’t like it.

I was looking at Nintendo's Tokyo office on Google Maps and it's only a few blocks away from a Denny's. Truly the best place to work in gaming.
Is Japanese Denny's superior to American Denny's? Like how their KFCs and McDonalds' put ours to shame?

The closest Denny's to me closed the year before the pandemic for no announced reason. Miss it and their pancakes every day.
