Almost definitely, Heroes was a resounding financial success after allCant wait to see all the heroes from previous games!
Does anyone else think this approach has been somehow due to FE Heroes for mobile success?
It's Fire Emblem, so I am in regardless, but I feel like this game will have to grow on me, whereas 3H had me instantaneously.
Everything looks a lot more vibrant and just straight up better in terms of overall visual detail, but there is no character design that immediately speaks to me.
Yep.the evil dragon is dope
Yeeeeeep, sticks out like a sore thumb.btw, I HATE the font of the title lol
Box art is waaaay better than 3H lol
Yea, I'm pretty sure it's: Marth, Celica, Sigurd, Leif, Roy, Lyn, Erika, Ike (with Griel's axe), Micaiah, Lucina (with a bow), Corrin, and Byleth. Looks like every game is represented except Mystery of the Emblem. Also is that Leif from Tharcia on that wheel ?
Are you suuure you wouldn’t like the fell dragon flipped upside down and peering in from the top?Box art is waaaay better than 3H lol
Interesting how they're using the English logo for the JP version now too.
This is horrendous just from a composition perspective. The floating ring in the middle of all is just the cherry on top.
still better then the Three Houses cover thoThis is horrendous just from a composition perspective. The floating ring in the middle of all is just the cherry on top.
Sort of? Fates had accessories you could put on characters, Warriors let you pick between class outfits, while Three Houses/Three Hopes lets you pick between a characters pre-timeskip look, post-timeskip look, and the default look for the class they were currently in. Warriors and Three Houses had DLC outfits too.Haa there even been clothing options in a FE game before? It looked like there was a menu to pick outfits in the trailer.
someone on the purple site said this looked too good for the switch...am i blind or something. it looks good but too good for the switch?
Considering that there are people who think some PS3 games can’t run on the Switch, that doesn’t sound like too unusual of a statementsomeone on the purple site said this looked too good for the switch...am i blind or something. it looks good but too good for the switch?
yeah it just feels like a backhanded way of saying the switch is weakConsidering that there are people who think some PS3 games can’t run on the Switch, that doesn’t sound like too unusual of a statement
Well some folk just can’t help themselves. I mean, the Switch is definitely well below the PS4 and especially PS5 but this isn’t exactly among its best looking or most impressive gamesyeah it just feels like a backhanded way of saying the switch is weak
Yeah. This is Gust. The style reminds me of them too.I liked 3H (both) a lot, but also like how this game is aesthetically different to them. It looks amazing, is this the gust FE?
That's the thing. It looks so much better than 3H. 3H was such a drab looking game. This is more vibrant but you can see some of the textures are a little flat. Kind of like what you get in a Pokemon game, but in the battle animations and up close they looks pretty good.Lol no
Ryza 3 looks better (just for the sake of comparison between the same team on the same hw)
Still, looks better than TH for sure
Three Houses looked like trash. hardware had nothing to do with it. Dynasty Warriors-engine stuff haven't been too quality outside of games that really pushed the art boat out (Persona 5 Strikers). unfortuantely 3H got hit with the stickThat's the thing. It looks amazing and it reminded me to the atelier games. I really like the aesthetic, very colorful and differenced from the previous games. Glad to see this great collaboration with Koei continues giving us those games. Clearly the FE output wouldn't have been the same without themThe more I see this game. The more I’m liking maybe playing a more lighthearted game that isn’t serious. Three Houses was very dense that became exhausting. I don’t think this is trying to be deep. But who knows.
I’ll take a Xenoblade 2 goof fest without much of the deeper stuff from that game with solid gameplay if they do that. Especially if Genealogy is coming. That’s a game I feel they’ll take super serious, just like Echoes and Three Houses took itself serious a lot of times.
Yeah. This is Gust. The style reminds me of them too.
Maybe you're thinking of Three Houses? The timeskip leaked prior to it (the timeskip) being revealed iircIt’s been a while. But I thought one of the leaks mentioned a time passage where the characters got older.
I’m probably wrong
