Nah, Switch is fine for a little longer. And Mario3D and Zelda DLC is only a matter of when anyway. I waited like 16 years for Metroid Prime 4

Hell no. I can wait a bit longer for Mario, I've been going 16 years without a new Prime game.

Prime 4 has already been cancelled, the one by Retro will have a different name.

As someone who tried Prime Remastered and found I like 2D Metroid much more than 3D. I'm taking this every day of the week,

…Though, we did get Doom Eternal. Perhaps even the greatest of miracles are possible.

Panic Button went strangely quiet on Switch ports, they were quite the name back in the days of the Doom ports. Wonder if they still work on Switch ports for 3rd parties?

They're not gonna miracle port this to Switch if it gets released after Switch 2 launch. Which I think it definitely will...

I definitely think that will be a thing, but we won't see it until 2026 to mark the 20th anniversary of the DS game's launch.

Nate has yeah'd! my half-joking hopes and real Direct date speculation in the past, and those dates have always worked out. I'm fully onboard Tuesday morning announcement next week.

Those games and hardware would still come eventually and I wouldn't have to cancel Metroid Prime 4 to see them in the future! Easy decision - protect MP4 at all costs.

Right but he didn't outright say that the Zelda movie was being made by Illumination. He said that Nintendo was negotiating with Universal, speculated that Illumination might make the movie, and that somehow combined to "Illumination is making a Zelda movie".
