gonna be so hard to keep myself from reading the reviews when every site goes crazy over them
Cheat code to maximise enjoyment of TotK:
Don't read reviews. Scores don't matter. Tastes are subjective.
Somewhere Ganondorf is saying, gonna be so hard to keep myself from reading the reviews when every site goes crazy over them
Same. The reviews is the final test, since by virtue of it being officially sanctioned and not leaks, they'll be all over the place. The leaks have been fairly easy to avoid (though I have been spoiled on one thing, which was a shame), the reviews not so much.gonna be so hard to keep myself from reading the reviews when every site goes crazy over them
First day will be all docked but next few days after I will be on the move so hand heals for awhile after. Are you playing docked on a TV or handheld? Joy-Cons or Pro Controller? Tell me.
The excitement for this is CRAWLING IN MY SKIIIIN
23 hours! Are we 24 hours from reviews dropping??
Nintendo didn’t send you a code to review? So reviews are tomorrow then?
Not sure when my collectors edition is coming but I did the same thing, I need to play it at midnight so I decided buying twice was the best optionMy collector’s edition won’t arrive until next week, so I’m going to use vouchers to scoop a digital copy that I can play at midnight. I did something similar for XC3.
y reviews take so long?
Deep insiiiide my soooulTHE HYYYYPE IT WIIIIILL NOT YIEEEEELD
Nintendo doesn't really give most content creator codes until the day of release (which is kinda useless). Maybe those that got invited to the preview event are getting codes, but I have no idea.Nintendo didn’t send you a code to review?
"...in the palm of my hand*"
*unless you went digital
If you have both you don't have to say anything justWhat do i say if i will have both this friday?
Then you disappear from Fami and play it twiceWhat do i say if i will have both this friday?
Reviews today or tomorrow?
Also, I may or may not receive my copy today evening. If not today, then definitely tomorrow. I'm so excited sh*tttt
Okay, saw some folks on twitter say today, but guess tomorrow.Tomorrow.
Kept running into things on accident (and maybe a couple on purpose)...I haven't seen gameplay but I know way too many mechanic spoilers and I saw one story spoiler that I'm trying to forget.Okay, saw some folks on twitter say today, but guess tomorrow.
Also, how are y'all holding up spoiler-wise? I'm still completely non-spoiled except for the first 30 minutes.
Don't know how I managed that as I used twitter as usual.

People wanted more marketingSo Nintendo spoiled something in the ask the developer? Come on why release that before the game because now it’ll be talked about everywhere. It’s not a spoiler if Nintendo puts it out there themselves
I'm not gonna lie when I say that the last "hurdle" for me before Tears of the Kingdom is the review score. Realistically I don't think it'll be drastically lower than BotW but it's still something that gives me pause.Cheat code to maximise enjoyment of TotK:

Yeah, I'm a bit nervous for the Metacritic score, considering how low some games have been rated recently. There's going to be that one guy who thinks classic Zelda is better and doesn't like the new mechanics or something like that.I'm not gonna lie when I say that the last "hurdle" for me before Tears of the Kingdom is the review score. This review got me a lot more hyped than I imagined I'd be. Surprised they'd go out and mention dungeons and how they'd be different from divine beasts in being huge and regionally themed, that eased a lot of my worries right there. Personally I don't know if traditional Zelda dungeons like say in TP or OoT would work in this type of game, but all I really wanted was regional theming with unique enemies and bosses so definitely a promising sign.Part 3 has things some might consider spoilers; but others may be more excited from reading it. Especially if you're still concerned about dungeons.

Depending on when reviewers got their code this might be nice for their mental health =P .It's a big game and a day only has 24 hours!
Psst... you got any more of those... breadcrumbs?I saw the Geno person on Twitter made a comment
