Same. That's the one of the only spoilers I've let myself look at.
Underground is blowing my mind right now
I had to stop. I didn't look at any dungeons, watched only one boss fight, but i saw going down to the depths and watched a tiny bit of a stream of someone wandering around the depths and seeing how deep and creepy it was, I had to stop. I CANNOT wait to dive down there.Same. That's the one of the only spoilers I've let myself look at.
Hey, has anyone seen if Kilton and his monster item store are coming back? If yes, does he have any improvements or anything new?
Remember to answer me in spoiler hahaha
Thats interesting I wonder how they will work this time. Nobody has posted anything about wizrobes..Every enemy/animal/bug/etc. returns
Damn thats is cool as heck!Quoted from Era: Once you clean up Lurrelin Village from the "pirates", there is a whole side adventure about rebuilding the Village and you get to gather stuff and then start helping on rebuilding each building in the Village.

Welcome! (sry no answers from me tho)Registered to ask a few questions:
1 - What are the official NAMES of the dungeons?
2 - What's the deal with Teba? Is he dead?
3 - Does Yunobo look any different? (As he was hidden in the trailers)
4 - Are the divine beasts in this game in any form?
5 - Do the shrines look more like Zonai architecture this time around? (Like mesoamerican). Or do they look like the breath of the wild shrines? (mechanical looking)

Thanks for your answers. To elaborate on question 1, I'm assuming the others1-the dungeons are elemental temples, and are called as such, wind temple, water temple etc, but they have a surname, like "The legendary stormwind ark" and stuff like that, haven't fnished the 4 main temples so there's that
2-teba is rito village elder now, the previous one i think is dead cause i haven't seen him
3-yunobo was getting mind controlled by ganon disguised as zelda, the rolling ball of flame in the trailer was him, he nos has some armor and the boulder breaker
4-haven't seen them, asking myself that question
5-a bit of both,mostly zonai
Reality is no one's played enough yet to know for sure. Presumably, Side Quests are short like BOTW's fetch/collect quests and Side Adventures are lengthy multi-layered quest lines (think Tarrey Town, but I've read a few examples that seem more meaty than that, so maybe more MM tier).
But again, we haven't seen enough to know.
Here's the screenshot of that streamer that beat the main quest. Just restates the above, not an additional spoiler.
They beelined all the main stuff and it took them 4 days to finish the game out. At that point we see this and realize they basically didn't touch any other content in those 4 days lol.

man I dunno how the Zelda team is feeling about how the hell they are gonna follow the game up
yeah kinda ruined it for myself reading that lol. Luckily i have the memory of a goldfish and wont remember this thread in 30 minutesUh hey, just so you know, you're answering way more than what they asked.
Especially #3. I was expecting to see the answer of whether or not yunobo looked different, not having his plotline spoiled.

Damn 60 Side Adventures given how involved these seem to be is crazy
It’s even worse because they will proabably have no base to build off of and if they leave the botw universe then th et Bassicaly have to rebuild the brand again.man I dunno how the Zelda team is feeling about how the hell they are gonna follow the game up
= i finished Breath of the Wild in 185h, with Tears of the Kingdom having the quadruple of it content, i might have to take up to 200/400h to complete Tears of the Kingdom, based in everything in seeying here, also how do we acess the memories? is trough the glip?
i'm curious why people went from saying there's 151 shrines to saying there's 152
I assume someone found one that wasn't in the data mine that originally told people there was 151 or something? but wouldn't that also mean there might be more than 152?
That number was always a bit off to me considering it isn’t divisible by 4. 152 makes more sense.i'm curious why people went from saying there's 151 shrines to saying there's 152

Ive always thought a sort of battle mode would work so well with botw amazing movement.I haven't even played the game yet and it's already looking like the best game of all time. Unbelievable.
EDIT:
I hope multiplayer is added as DLC. It would be the game of forever if it was!

Has anyone confirmed if the Dragon is the final form of Ganondorf or is it not even apart of the final stretch of the game?
Yeah Nintendo wasn't going to make underwater exploration in a BoTW sequel unless they could model underwater physics properly, and man that sounds like a nightmareSo cool to see
that there are so many distinct caves that have names, unique structures/puzzles, and treasures. This really seems like the ultimate adventure game!
Only thing missing is underwater exploration, and I think it's probably because if Nintendo were to do it, they would want to simulate the fluid dynamics of water, otherwise a lot of contraptions made under there would not work well. Take a bucket for instance, I don't think you can submerge it in water and fill such an object using the game's current code. Given how physics-driven everything else is, they would probably want to come up with a solution for that before featuring it. Maybe something to tackle for the next game.

The Avatar of Zelda: Breath of the WaterMy prediction is the next one will be aquatic themed. Something like Wind Waker but with much bigger islands and BotW/TotK-style mechanics.
I said the same thing when BotW first came out: it's one of the greatest video games ever made, with a great foundation to become even more spectacular. TotK unquestionably achieves that, but part of me feels like refinement and iteration can never feel as special as those first moments playing the first open world Zelda on a brand new console. I have a nagging suspicion that some/many reviewers will find this also, and mark the game down for being exactly what we all wanted it to be.With BOTW they really found the perfect formula where they can expand on, beyond what TOTK does.

Sure, they can add more clever, expansive content/functionality to the game, and keep fleshing out the world's characters/stories, but at times, TotK feels indistinguishable from BotW, and I feel like another successor would feel the same.
TotK somehow takes what was, pre-Elden Ring, my favourite video game of all-time, and makes it better in every possible way. But somehow it feels less special because of it's iterative nature. But the new content is incredible and makes the world so much more enjoyable to explore. Does that make sense? Anyway, it's an amazing, amazing video game and likely to be a lot of people's GOTG/GOATs...just not mine, and that's okay, because I got exactly what I wanted.
Yeah, TOTK seems like both an ALTTP (huge expansion on all fronts) and a Galaxy 2 (iterative) sequel at once.It really does feel like this is the modern Link to the Past, relative to Breath of the Wild being the modern NES Zelda. Wonder if they'll try to go even crazier next with an Ocarina of Time style approach, or go weird with a Link's Awakening/Majora's Mask approach.
