Weirdly I'm pretty flexible for a tall and large dude. I've never had trouble touching my toes and they're sooo far away

But yeah squats are like knee torture

There’s nothing helping your knees more than doing proper squats! It’s a pitty how most people loose that natural movement. Look at kids on the playground how they go down. No one would bend over to lift something. They’re all natural squatters.

Think I’ll setup my painting stuff today to do some minis this week. Not sure if I’m doing Juggernaut or the Wolverine/Sabertooth experiment first. Got the time, my hands have just been a mess. maybe I’ll see if I can dig out a disposable warmup

I'm... honestly impressed.

I'm playing Skyward Sword HD on my Switch, but I should get to Luigi's Mansion 3 or Kirby and the Forgotten Land because this video reminded me of how beautiful the Nintendo games can be.

Maybe an unpopular opinion (well, this is a Nintendo forum, so maybe not quite), but they look better than even most PS5 games and Xbox Series X/S games.

Oh yeah, Luigi's Mansion 3 really looks like an animated movie or even better considering its diversity of scenarios. Really a special game that makes the Switch feel truly capable of great things.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land I only played the demo but was mind blown by how great it looks.

I don't know this game, is it good? Was it PS4/Xbox One only before?

With the way the real estate market's going we're all gonna be natural squatters before long.

Lol that happens when you think you know English. Just looked it up and that’s not what I thought I’m saying.
Oh I understood what you meant, it made sense! Problem with English is there are waaaay too many words with multiple meanings so it leaves the door open for puns.

I've got a couple rooms for rent at my townhouse. Do you clean up after yourself?
For rent? Eehhh I appreciate it but now lemme tell ya about the job market. 🤣

Yeah it's really good. Kinda like Monster Hunter but also with guns. Real guns. Made by Gunflre, who employs lots of former Retro employees.

Check out its prequel that is currently on Switch: Chronos Before the Ashes. It's more like a souls like.

Thanks!! I'm gonna watch some trailers and reviews, but sounds very exciting!

Damn, the doom and gloom in the Fire Emblem thread is insane. I was insanely burnt out by the life sim elements in 3H so I'm glad to play a game that will feel distinctively different in that regard, but some REALLY don't like the change in focus, which I can understand to some extent.

Really? The fire Emblem thread here seems fine. Nothing bad honestly that I’ve seen.

Reviews ain’t bad either. 82 in the great score area. Well for me, lol. I fine 80 and above as great but I guess others then see it like that

Page 66 and we'll still be nitpicking some minor performance woes that are probably being exaggerated whilst claiming that Nintendo HAD to release TotK with the Switcheroo 2.

Eh, I've seen some people express their disappointment pretty vividly, which isn't really surprising given that 3H set a new bar in the franchise, but some takes are a bit harsher than I initially expected to see tbh.

Congratulations, bud! I'm sure you and the family are very excited!
They are. I was nervous for my sister.

Also, this one’s for the thread and @merp

Why I am back from my break? Well, I believe that some of the headaches may have been caused in part due to a large bad ear wax build up in my right ear. Clean g it cleared this one headache that was nagging me instantly. I had a brief headache yesterday snd zero today. Wouldn’t be great if that was part of the main reason I was getting g them almost every single day?

I’ve been doing some power washing on my steam deck to relieve some stress the migraines have caused in the mean time

Double dose of good news, I love it! Congrats, and I hope this results in a significant reduction in the severity and number of headaches you get.

I still got my next injection soon which should help. My hand thing made it so I can’t do long sessions now but I do like my hour long sessions and handhelds have helped a lot. But once I’m sure I’m over the headaches, I’m jumping into elden ring on my steam deck and a replay of god of war 2018 on my deck and horizon zero Dawn as well.

For now, it’s stuff like power wash simulator, halo wars, sonic all star racing transformed and fighting games. These games keep me going at bay right now.

I’d recommend power wash if you want a chill game, it’s on game pass

@Legion of Primes: found clearing severe buildup helped reduce headaches

Also @Legion of Primes: playing Power Wash Simulator

🤔🤔🤔
Heres a fun fact for you. My most played game on steam deck last year According to steam replay was Halo MCC at around five hours. I’ve been playing power wash for just a few days and it will soon past that and I’m just now having a real good headache free day since the ear wax thing

finally bit the bullet and bought a good game for a change (rhythm heaven fever), I'll let you all know how bad I am later tonight

I got Pepsi-chan, Muscle boy, and food girl in Fire Emblem Heroes. It cost me more than half my orbs but now I can pretend I'm playing Engage early.

Would anyone be willing / able to give me a summary of Xenoblade 3 UP TO Chapter 4? I want to confirm my understanding but I am hesitant to go looking around and spoil it.

New member of the forum, so I just wanted to say hi. Looking forward to interacting with you all in the future.

Currently playing through Pokemon Scarlet and Sparks of Hope. The Switch continues to quietly deliver banger after banger...
