How does the taxation system work? Is it automatically deducted or do I have to do the American thing and calculate my own taxes and submit them to be scrutinized?

Having this thread plus a Direct thread back together again... ahhhh, we're back in season! It's always nice to get back into that time of the year when new stuff actually has a chance at happening.
 
Not sure where to ask this but I want to make sure I'm not stepping on any toes, but is it ok if I make a thread in the next day or two for people to get introspective, and maybe long form / LiveJournal-ish, about how their 2022 gaming went? I know we had a prompt for that sort of thing in the last ST of 2022 but I just want to make sure the community leaders weren't planning something similar.

I’m posting a top X favorite 2022 games thread on January 1st. I haven’t heard about any other retrospective threads so yours sounds cool in my book.

Hi Merp, we appreciate that you are trying to bring the problematic issues with Hogwarts Legacy to light, but we are not looking to signal boost the game in anyway. This includes taking about the negative aspects of the game and especially the creator of the franchise.

Alright, this thread has an incredible OP and I'm glad I got to post in it, but it's time for me to step out for a bit. I'm going to pick up some milk, and maybe a pack of cigarettes. Thanks so much! But I wasn't downplaying, this is simply the result of me actually having an idea for a theme (which I wouldn't expect to happen often) intersecting with my unhinged ideas actually landing with people, which I wasn't sure would happen. 😅

I'm thrilled it worked!

Obviously have to second your recommendation for HoMM though, everyone needs to play that.
 
Didn’t get as far as I wanted but got a solid start. So far I’d probably put it slightly above Kotobukiya. Least the older one I built. We’ll see how the Siren compares being a more recent kit. The pre painted is definitely above no stickers even if it has some drawbacks, but it’s about equal to the drawbacks of stickers to be honest. Neither outdo a proper paint job of course. Fit quality and snap quality is solid tho. Impressed by Moderoid so far

I read that you should wait 30 minutes after eating to brush your teeth, as brushing them too soon could damage the enamel that was weakened in the food consumption process. That isn't related to Nintendo at all, but I wanted to share that with my Famuary so we can all have healthy gums and teeth this year. 🙂
