EDIT: Celeste is so good it secures three spots

EDIT2: RDR 2 intensifies maybe

Imagine if Snitch was talking about God of War on Switch this entire time. It won't happen for obvious reasons, but the reactions would be hilarious.
certain forums would go ape shit.... now I wanna see it

Y'all are going to be so disappointed when the 2018 game is Fallout 76. Hit 2018 game, Bethesda continuing to support the Switch, multiplatform, no mainline Fallout on the system, etc. It all lines up.

All I really want to see is the MK8DX Booster Course Pass wave 2 within the upcoming week, if we do not see it, then I will be very, very confused on it's whereabouts.

If I somehow get P5R announced along with extensive footage/release date for Mario+Rabbids and Bayonetta 3 as well as other Jrpgs, I will be very satisfied especially with the current line up for 2022.

I'm not so certain that we'll actually get a roadmap for the next set of N64 games. I think they might just begin to drop at random times.
Third parties/Rare being open to being on the advertising has me hopeful since they would totally announce Diddy Kong racing before hand as that hasn’t been seen since the ds. Plus we know there’s more to come, they confirmed it themselves. So not too worried

Wouldn’t the 2018 port be Kingdom Come Deliverance? It was announced around this time last year and being ported by Saber.
They probably would have specified that in the rumor. Just saying it's a 2018 game implies that it hasn't been announced yet.

not only it's most likely gonna be a Partner Showcase, most of it's content is already known

a Monster Hunter update, Live a Live new trailer, Tactic Ogre reborn, M+R 2, most likely release dates for Portal and Front Mission, and finally this 2018 Port alongside some other Ports because that's what third party support is on the Switch

I don't think it deserves any anticipation at this point, there won't be much to talk about after it air as well

But that was already announced. Fun story is that it was first listed as a mistake on Nintendo website but then developers decided to do the port lol

Speak for yourself lol I'm really hyped for M+R 2, Portal, Persona, and I really want to see that 2018 game.

My perception is that the 2018 rumor isn't entirely a rumor of a 2018 game. He said that the game is 4 years old, but the same way that if you ask me to guess how many years has Astral Chain.
I think it could be 3 or 5 years old too.

Lol the content isn’t known

If RDR2 really is coming to Switch, I expect three things to happen:

1. GTAV is coming too

2. Neither game will have online. This is to cut down on storage sizes.

3. They'll still be full price anyways. Why? Because fuck you that's why.

I'm going to say Monster Hunter World or Far Cry 5 cause Rockstar doesn't release on Nintendo hardware anymore

Edit: lol forgot about trilogy

"This is Miyamoto.....fuck this kiddy bullshit. I can't believe they've done this. I am finished with this shit franchise.
Aonuma fucking with my legacy man...."

Is there a pattern where of when they do and don’t do announcements? Like the size or the type of announcements?
July 2020 had SMTV + Nocturne and September 2020 had MH Rise + Stories 2 + Ori which is a lot bigger than the others from 2020... But January 2018 was shadow dropped despite having Mario Tennis + Tropical Freeze + Hyrule Warriors DE + Rabbids DLC + Dark Souls so idk.

Maybe Atlus and Capcom requested their directs to be announced in advance.
