It doesn’t even need to be the trilogy. I just want FFXIII.

if so then it's a mini and Nintendo has some sense left in them if they are not doing partner directs again. but who knows at this point.

I don't understand this after your other comments, but I think you are just disappointed and looking for answers, and you won't find them until the Direct.
May I recommend you something? Play Okami. I promise you that you will not need any Nintendo first party news while you play it... because it's better than any Nintendo game lol
 
I'm interested in a third-party focused Direct. I really don't care about M+R, but Persona and RDR would make a great presentation for me... And if it's not exclusively third-party, i think Metroid Prime 1 can show up

I'd forgotten about that Xenoblade leak.
I'm becoming increasingly confident again that it's a mini or a general, probably just with more of a focus on third partner. It won't be a partner showcase and will have some first party content in it.

People from outside may imagine that Nintendo don't have any game coming anymore with all this commotion

Ah, one tip: If you don't like one Insider, don't follow it's reports and go away. Spreading bad words against them won't make things better ^^

Don't care what type of direct it is, I just want some consolidated news from Nintendo. Excited to see what happens (or not) next week!

That means "Xenoblade 3 Direct" Teaser.
It is a 3rd trailer, not a teaser for another bigger trailer.
 
E3 2008 and E3 2012 prepared me for moments like this lol

Next week should be interesting and if it's bad Nintendo will just make it up later down the road.
 
I stand by my own theory i kept saying before all this madness, that without E3 Nintendo really didn't want to show up in June this year (cause they don't have to and because they're still the biggest supporter of the ESA).

Partner Showcase is something they have to do for third parties, i wonder which games and publishers would push them to do one cause we got one even for WWE in the past.

Tho i'd be happy to be wrong, and we get a general Direct like always. Either way i hope to see Dragon Quest. (could be a good chance for Ryza 3 in the japanese version also)

I don't have a post link but someone on 4chan predicted that the Xenoblade 3 Direct about 2 days in advance with the correct presentation time. They also mentioned in the post that Xenoblade 3 would be briefly mentioned in the following week's Nintendo Direct. If true, this would make it unlikely that the coming Direct is Partner. Most likely a Mini with heavy 3rd party showings (in my opinion).
 
We should all count ourselves lucky to have Nate. Without him we would be completely in the dark most of the time, and not know about several stuff and about Directs beforehand

We still don't have 3/4 of the things I thought were guaranteed

I think I gotta bow out of this direct speculation shit for a while, it used to be fun but since 2020 it's resulted in lots of wasted time and more disappointment than anything else
