I can't imagine they have much more to really show about this as they've been steadily pushing out trailers for each of the stories.

That said... this is a Square-Enix re-release, they've already spoiled Oersted's existence, and they have a penchant for adding content in their re-releases. If they end up adding a 9th scenario I'll be over the goddamn moon.

One week to go predictions:
  • Fire Emblem segment will end the show, with Fire Emblem Warriors DLC and Fire Emblem Next launching February 2023
  • Breath of the Wild 2 teaser trailer will begin the show, with a title and vague Spring 2023 release date. Windwaker HD coming in August OR (wildcard pick) a new multiplayer 2D Zelda game announced for September
  • Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope gets re-revealed. Spaceship battles confirmed. Coming in October
  • Metroid Prime Remake announced. Metroid Prime Hunters multiplayer included as bonus content. Coming this November (two weeks before Pokemon) to celebrate the anniversary
  • New casual title announced from EPD4 that isn't 3-4 Switch. I think it's time for Tomodachi Life. Coming this December
  • Bayonetta 3 re-reveal, coming this October
  • Mario Strikers gets Pauline and a New Donk City stage, available after the show
  • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pack Wave 2 comes out in early July, features Waluigi Pinball and a new original track
  • Xenoblade Chronicles 3 final trailer
  • Nintendo Switch Sports gets Golf in August (ahead of schedule) and paid DLC included with NSO Expansion Pack. The first two new sports will be Basketball and Dodgeball
  • Splatoon 3 Direct announced, coming in July
I'm not going to do third party stuff because it's so wildly unpredictable I'm guaranteed to be wrong.

Man. That Xenoblade 3 direct was so well paced and structured lol.

Like this is how you show off a single game for a long period. Especially story heavy games. Intertwined cutscenes into the topic of what your showing was pretty smart.
 
If this kind of post is frowned upon then I’ll edit it and delete everything, but on the old forum (Era to be specific), during the lead up to the February 2019 Direct, I remember Zippo being right/accurately predicting stuff that eventually was revealed in that Direct. What happened with their credibility that it’s cratered so much? Or was it something else entirely?


I’m not a fan of leaker culture but this has been something that’s been in my head for a while, especially as it comes up every time a new blog post comes around

Such a great series! I watched it back in 2020 knowing I would love it, and was still completely blown away. Had to have my favorite character from my favorite anime for a profile pic. I still need to catch up with the manga (only read 20 or so chapters past where season 2 ended), but I'm really looking forward to the day when another season is announced. I've gotten a lot of dream announcements for both games and anime this year, so I still have hope for a third season eventually.

Also, even if it's off-topic, this thread could use some positivity with how much doomposting there is today haha.
 
This is a Top 3 Nintendo theme and nobody can convince me that it's not.

Favorite series next to Fullmetal Alchemist for me. Such a mindblowing and essentially life-altering experience that is so distinct and unique only Clannad: After Story could scratch its' surface. You should've arrived at my favorite arc within the whole series (or you might be just about to arrive at that point), what I usually just define as Rei's character climax. It's the pinnacle of his development, so I can't wait for you to experience that tidbit for the first time. Another godforsaken reason for season 3, THAT ARC CANNOT BE LEFT WITHOUT BEING ANIMATED AT ALL.
 
People we really need to stop going to one person / source for answers, especially when we are not getting them. This is madness.

Thanks, I love the Gen 7 games and they were the reason why I started watching the anime again.
 
If there's one thing I want from a switch successor, it's that I hope it doesn't take 17 minutes between each turn of civ

I posted Andy Robinson's tweet in his server, tagged him and asked "I'm assuming you're thinking the same?" and Jeff just said "Yes." A bit later he also said "If Nintendo only has a lot of remasters to announce, maybe it announces them primarily in tweets." which I would find plausible for WWHD+TPHD, but not for a game like Metroid Prime DE/HD. There's also the new Fire Emblem to take into account, if Nintendo chooses to announce that in the summer.

EDIT: looks like a real EPD Tokyo game. Mixing the DNA of DK and Mario for a brand new expierence we didn't know we wanted.

Sounds speculative and covering the off-chance possibility of a Partner. Not based on anything nor indicative of what will happen.
 
Nintendo please end my suffering I have already accepted who i am. Waiting for a Direct announcement any time even if it doesn't have sense. I have only 3 tabs open in my browser: Famibords, 4chan and SamusHunter Twitter. I am refreshing for new information every single minute just to know something new. Reading 4chan for 20 hours a day just to read all the leaks.
