well, I guess that leaves Pokémon Snap for June! ... I really wonder how they'll roll out Custom Robo 1 & 2 in Japan..

maybe we'll be sitting here 2 months without games for parity? lol

... also, after Snap we'll be completly blind.. because I really doubt Nintendo will present us a roadmap of future releases.

As great as Elden Ring is, and it is great, Arceus is the realization of what I dreamed Pokémon could be ever since I played Red when I was eight years old. Childhood wish fulfillment > Everything else

Yep, I expect random announcements going forward.

Hoping we get Mario Party soon!

And other Rare games like Diddy Kong Racing and Banjo Tooie.
 
I hope that reaching the end of the announced titles doesn’t mean that Nintendo is going to slow down with the releases. One game a month has been a very nice pace. It would suck to go to a more normal NSO release schedule, that being “whenever the fuck Nintendo feels like putting something on the service”

I could see Snap doubling with CR1 and maybe Pokémon puzzle league with 2.

I believe well get a roadmap 2 next month(likely with the summer direct)

I loved Arceus too but it definitely didn’t fulfil all my childhood dreams.

I want a bigger world full of secrets, and be able to stumble upon legendary Pokémon through my own exploration, not hand holding side quests that hand them all to you on a platter.

Give me Arceus in a bigger world, with big caves, forests etc and it’ll be perfect.

Here’s hoping Scarlet/Violet delivers!

It’s both sad and funny that I’m manage to be impress with the quick releases for the N64 games lol.

I feel like expectations were very low and that’ll it’ll take a while for all the games to come out but here we are and June will probably have the last one they mentioned.

Ah well. Gimme GBA

After Snap it will be June so there is a decent chance they show stuff in June Direct

If we're preemptively declaring GoTY then I would like to preemptively declare Xenoblade 3 my GoTY

Legends Arceus currently holds the title, but I'm expecting XC3 to dethrone it. Then again, I also expected that of Elden Ring but...well...maybe it'll do that on my second try
 
Since it's a higher price, I think they need to be more specific to what's coming. I don't think they can play the same game as the base NSO.

Happy birthday! I'm also awaiting my birthday later this month.

The old NSO schedule wasn't that random, it was monthly when it was just NES then switched to every three months when SNES was introduced. Hopefully we'll see an updated roadmap for N64 NSO in June and maybe get another system announced.
 
I am intrigued by Another Crab's Treasure, I love the concept of using rubbish as armor/weapons and it looks like charming and fun, definitely the highlight of the recent Indie World for me.

As a Soulslike I just really hope it's not immensely difficult so I can enjoy it. I don't want it to be yet another additional to growing number of games I would love to get into but can't because they're designed to not be accessible to those of us born without great fine motor control. I'd be awesome if they added difficulty/accessibility options so both genre fans who wants a stiff challenging and others like me can all enjoy it together.
 
I never commit to my personal GOTY guesses, I love being open to surprises/upsets until the very end, but I do like anticipating and guessing my personal GOTY candidates. My current GOTY is Kirby FL, my upcoming contenders are Ai NirvanA Initiative, Xenoblade 3, and Splatoon 3. I can see versions of each of those three games where they come out on top. If we get a new Mario platformer this year or FFXVI those would be strong contenders too.

Same here man. On the final boss and he kicked my ass twice, then vacation started so I've been relaxing in the sun instead of playing games. I no longer need to find every last Waddle Dee as I have too much else to play, so after beating this boss, it's time for Star Fox 64, then Earthbound.

I’ve taken a break from the backlog and will just play what I feel like so I may just do that with;Kirby

I wonder if the mods for Skyrim on Xbox are any good, sane with fallout 4. I would play that on my computer, but then the processor died..,.

Yeah I did this earlier today, somehow store brand sandwich bags were $2.50 for 30 but then ziplock was $3.50 for 90. Never seen such a huge discrepancy in favor of the big brand before, it wasn't even on sale!

I’ve found the stores are actually doing this more on store brands and larger sizes. Must be preying on people thinking store/larger size is better (or some cost saving function in the current supply/shipping climate favoring those sizes). Flour is a big culprit for this which has been a fraction of a cent more per ounce for the larger bags.

I believe the devs mentioned in the indie world that they'd have some sort of difficulty options, so that both new/non Soulslike fans and long time genre fans could enjoy it.

The indie scene in general seems to be fairly good (and better than a lot of AAA titles) when it comes to accessibility and difficulty options

I have complicated feelings about 13 Sentinels but overall I really enjoyed it and I will play it again someday.
 
And that’s Yoshi’s Story done.

All 24 levels across 4 playthroughs. Definitely required to do it that way. Each level has its own unique stuff, and most have at least one enemy type that doesn’t appear anywhere else in the game.

I enjoyed it. Not as good as Island or Woolly World but I’d take this over Crafted World any day.
 
What age is Master Chief in this show? Because, you know, he was stolen away in the middle of the night as a kid.
Unless they rewrote that whole origin for the show.

That’s apparently in there still. He must be in his 40s based on the actor. Part of a very underrated season 2 of The Wire.

I'm pretty sure SPARTAN-II's have some thing implanted in them that kills their sex drive so he must have really wanted it.
