Come on, there is definitely two sides to this story. Both companies were pretty big companies and further more Nintendo screwed Sony way more getting in bed with Philips after they themselves got into a deal with Sony that they deemed unfavourable to them (which it of course was). But instead mending the relation with Sony and balancing the deal out they just went with their biggest competitor.I'm tired of videos and articles that talk about how the Playstation came to be acting like the big bully Nintendo screwed over the helpless victim Sony, when Sony was the bigger company back then, and Sony wanted most of the profits on the SNES CD add-on.
the second part of that Geoff tweet is truly pathetic
Roughly 36 hours from now.Btw, when do the financials for Nintendo come out?
Is she able to cancel her order? That might be the most surefire wayMy girlfriend's sister ordered Legends Arceus from Best Buy Canada. It hasn't shipped yet. If I go buy her a copy, could I return her online-ordered copy to the Best Buy as if it was the game I bought? Or are Switch game packages unique in any way and they'd be able to know it's not the exact same copy?
Indeed it is. One of Uematsu's best work IMO.I'm on the start screen of Lost Odyssey. I take it the soundtrack is a treat?
It's really good, just you wait until the world map screen pops up.I'm on the start screen of Lost Odyssey. I take it the soundtrack is a treat?
Nah it's already shipped. I think we're just gonna wait.Is she able to cancel her order? That might be the most surefire way
MH Rise and Arceus are the only games using NPLN network too...Whatever it takes to get Pocket Monster Hunter. Arceus was just Gamefreak testing how well they can adapt to Nintendo's Monster Hunter team.
Man, I have exactly the same. I get nervous days before and stay nervous up until and even during the presentation. The relief after is great, but I get so stressed out it gives me headaches the day after. It's horrible.Just wrapped-up a three hour workshop I had to facilitate for work. Feels really good to get public speaking engagement over with. Even after years of experience doing presentations and knowing that I do them really well, I always feel really anxious the days leading up to them. I hate the feeling, but there is no sense of relief quite like getting over it.
I remember hating the level cap in the game. Maybe should try it again. I do remember really liking the OST and the story being very intriguing. And 1000 years of dreams being excellent of course. It's really good, just you wait until the world map screen pops up.
Trejo or Tanner? No dennys where i live but theres a danny’s
Okay you know what... It's not Nintendo's style but, if they added a function to their phone app where it had a massive library of Nintendo stuff from the 80s to now (think Smash Ultimate's player), I'd buy an NSO expansion for access to that. No question. Hell, they're leaving money on the table if they don't do it. Please do it Nintendo-senpaiStreaming Services?
You must mean Nintendo Online + Music Pak
Pay an extra $20* a year instantly** to access all*** of Nintendo's large**** library of classic music
*On top of an existing NSO subscription. Can only access on Android phones for some reason.
**Once music has been added on the 2nd-or-3rd Sunday after the silver wolf howls at the full moon
***No Earthbound, Xenoblade, Kirby or Smash music cause Nintendo's too shy to ask the creators
****Library is not large
Yeah, just call it "adaptable communication skills."When I start looking for another job, should I put on my resume "Able to shitpost on internet forums during an MS Teams meeting."?
Shitposting is the sincerest form of flatteryShitposting is such a demeaning, self-depreciating moniker for what is, essentially, one of the highest forms of art.
I just hate hot weather, which for me is like anything above 80 degrees. I'm from the mountains, so I'm used to cold, and that's what I like. I'd much rather have to wear a coat outside than to have to deal with being hot and sweaty.I know bad takes are the currency of this thread, but this one might be a bridge too far for me. Any season that I can go outside without my man-nips instantly turning into deadly weapons is alright by me.
Don’t forget about the Mario sad face, even if the video has nothing to do with Mario. If this Yacht Club Presents doesn't have at least six games that I want, I'm gonna write a long post about how Nintendo disappointed us.
I might even make a Youtube video called "Yacht Club Presents Disappoints Online" with a thumbnail picture of me staring blankly at the camera.
AyeCatching alphas is tough. Do they come back later so you have another chance?
I played it a few years ago, didn't quite beat it but got near the end. It's... okay? I didn't love it, honestly, it was probably my least favorite Falcom game I've played. It felt like it wanted to take Ys, Trails, and a dash of Persona and mash them together but it didn't quite work for me overall. Still you can't go wrong for $5.Has anyone played Tokyo Xanadu? I finally pulled the trigger on it for a $5 steam key.... I've had my eye on it ever since playing Ys VIII.
I saw that you said you guys would just wait, but as far as I know, it shouldn’t be a problem to take the online copy in and return it with the store receipt. My girlfriend's sister ordered Legends Arceus from Best Buy Canada. It hasn't shipped yet. If I go buy her a copy, could I return her online-ordered copy to the Best Buy as if it was the game I bought? Or are Switch game packages unique in any way and they'd be able to know it's not the exact same copy?
To be honest, I’m pretty ok with most times of the year as well. I’m from the upper-Midwest, so I’m used to the cold as too, but January and February can get pretty old fast. That said, I’m also not that huge of a fan of being hot and sweaty when the 80’s and 90’s hit, but at least those types of of days make for good swimming/water-activity days.I just hate hot weather, which for me is like anything above 80 degrees. That said, I'm pretty much fine with all times of the year except for probably July/August. It's just those two months that things get too hot and same-y for me.
Again, pace yourself! As far as I know you don't have a deadline. If you find yourself burning out, take a break!@Derachi I had completely forgotten I did have a disc copy of Yakuza 0 for PS4. I also did buy Kiwami 2 digitally on there as well. Just need to get around to playing them
I played the first one around April of last year but I want to try and get through the Yakuza games. One of my gaming goals for the year
