I find ranked much less stressful actually, as I can rely on teammates more meaning me dying once won't cost us the gamei understand this may come off as a silly question, but are the ranked modes (tower, clams, etc) as stressful and frustrating as turf war? had a bad losing streak after a good one this morning and i've come to terms with the fact that i only ever feel upset playing that mode, even when i'm winning sometimes. i imagine ranked is much worse in that regard due to being fundamentally more competitive but i wanted to make sure

for a long time I would've said ranked is more stressful, and because of the consequences in some respects it is. however ranked is a real game instead of mario party so it feels better to play

Yes, nintendo listen, 48h of painting every goddamn corners and losing in the last seconds is mind numbing.It was nice being able to both have a fairly balanced map and to be able to play tricolor this time. I like that splatfests are 2 days now but they so desperately need to have a ranked mode available in addition to turf, please Nintendo, we're begging you
tricolor has the added shitassery of being able to be held down the entire game and then losing in the last ten seconds because they got the god damned ultra signal

The most fun I had was in Pro Splatfest yesterday because I kept running into clearly coordinated/friend teams over Discord in Regular and my random teammates had no shot competing with that LOL. And managed to win at least one 10x to make up for the lost one earlier due to switching my weapon.

I think you won matches with high contribution, if not I have no idea given it didn't have a precedent to calculate.I hadn't gotten one yet last splatfest. Maybe that contributed to it? I think it might default to 2500, and the person in first mightve had the same situation except they won 7/7 instead of losing one
