That's not happening. Atlus owns the localization of the first game and unless they give it away or sell it to NISA, the games are stuck at Atlus, who no longer publishes games that are not theirs. Similar situation to first two Cold Steel games, which are stuck at XSEED.

Irony is, Atlus actually own Gloria Union and Knights in the Nightmare, so you'd think that would meet the criteria, but who knows.
